Going to miss this Wendy’s location. Great food/​service!

Love Wendy’s. Price is always good. The associates are always fast and friendly.
The only complaint I have on this particular Wendy’s is the location. Besides being in a deserted shopping center, the area has a lot of homeless people. They come into the restrooms and stay in there forever. Wendy’s needs to be a little more strict on this.

+ 2 Asiago Ranch Chicken Clubs … my boyfriend and I were extremely impressed with these sandwiches! Not a bad price ($ 5ea). They were piping hot! The sandwich was not too hot to hold, but when we bit into the chicken it was hot, hot, hot! Loved it! Very good bacon, cheese, lettuce, and tomato, too. Very impressed… ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would get again. This was the spicy variety, which didn’t really taste spicy.
The Baconator fries weren’t worth it. Fries with nacho cheese sauce and one piece of bacon (tasty) chopped up. Cost $ 0.75 extra to add on in place of reg. fries.
Also tried the blackberry lemonade. Sweet but not too sweet! Didn’t just taste fake and syrup-​y, either! Also impressed. :)
Service was meh… In person the guy at the window was nice enough but sounded like he would rather be dead than at work over the speaker when we ordered.

worst wendys. drinks suck, i guarantee the machines havent been cleaned. (have you seen bar rescue) lots of low lifes hanging around and some old lady with the same story about loosing her purse and needing money and you can see her purse in the cart she pulls behind her. ive confronted her about it and she just laughs

Been going there for years because convince, but service sucks. The old man/​manager on the drive thru has a bad attitude. I can’t even get a simple hi on the drive thru window.

Not really writing about anything the other reviewers didn’t cover.
Bad customer service, distracted cashier, sometimes food is wrong or just not made well. It’s also a little difficult to get to which also makes it annoying. They’re also slow, which gets frustrating when you’re on a schedule.
Definitely find somewhere else.

This Wendy’s is «Special», they never have the same specials as any other Wendy’s, AND they charge extra for everything the other Wendy’s usually don’t… I leave pissed off every time I come here, — maybe I shouldn’t come here anymore…:{(

Gone here about 3 times now just in the drive thru. Usually no line but very slow at the window. It’s always an older man who looks like a manager using a cash register that looks to be from the 80’s! Everytime we have gone I have seen 6 – 7 people working in there! Never see any customers in the sitting area. Nice staff but VERY slow! I do like how he checks each bag as they hand it to him to make sure everything is there. We have not had an issue with an order yet. We will keep going back.

My husband and I both ordered burgers and both burgers had hair in it !! Never again will we go to this establishment

Let me start by saying that I’m never surprised when I get bad service from this Wendy’s.
Only came here because it was closest to the bus stop.
First, I gave the girl (who has worked there for a long time now) two coupons — no issue yet.
She rushed us through our order, acting as though we were bothering her by going in to buy food.
I asked her a question about one of the coupon, she gave an audible sigh and proceeded to quote what it was without addressing my question.
We got our food and were asked (by the manager) If we wanted any sauce, so I asked for three ranches. «‘Kay. That’ll be sixty cents.»
Really? They used to be free, then ten cents with the first two being free.
«Okay. Never mind then»
«*grunts* fine»
Hurried to the bus stop, then as the bus was approaching, they stiffed us on the fries, but charged us extra for them.
Won’t be returning.

My fiancé and I gave the Pulled Pork burgers a shot this weekend. He said his was great, I felt mine fell a bit short honestly. Too much bun, not enough meat. My fiancé said the burger version has the perfect balance. So I guess I’ll give that one a shot next time. I do wish that they would have put more coleslaw on it though, that part is pretty bomb.

Bunch of old people’s work there with horrible service. Wait time for food is long and when u ask for ketchup. seem like they don’t want to give it out. It doesn’t taste like any other Wendy’s that I went to. This location need to close down.

I’m actually very surprised to see such low reviews for a Wendy’s. I’ve been here a few times, and I myself have never had an issue. I always get a grilled chicken sandwich plain, a sprite, and sometimes a frosty. My boyfriend will order a few random things. Sometimes we do wait a few minutes (more around the time frame of 2 – 5 minutes), but the food has always been Wendy’s quality, even when it’s busy. The workers are polite as well.
Hmm. I’d rather go to this Wendy’s during rush hour than in n out. In n out has overcooked my food a bunch, so I do prefer Wendy’s.

Can this place be any slower? No it can’t. Half an hour for a number 1… yes, combo! If I’m asking for a number 1 it should be obvious I want a combo, and a kids meal.
This is just absurd.

I live next door. My quick stop for some cheap fries and spicy chicken nuggets. The drive-​thru sucks sometimes. There’s no line, but the service is terrible. I think the workers there have a bit of an attitude, or maybe it’s just the drive-​thru I don’t know.

Well, at least the bus stop and insane beggars can make for interesting visits…
Today one of the unwashed masses came in and started yelling gobbledegook. Except every tenth word was «Fucking Jew!» and I am pretty sure none of the hispanics working in the place fit that description.
He came in, cursed, and ran out. Slinked around for a minute or so and ran back in and took a seat. When the cashier turned around to fill a drink or something he ran up, grabbed a bag off the counter and took off out the door.
It was like one of those artsy-​fartsy restaurants that offer a dinner and a show for $ 59 a head. And I got it all for $ 3.99!

I will never go to this Wendy’s again.
It’s been on a steady decline for the past 20 years. Today, it finally made it to the bottom of the barrel.
The lady who took my order barely understood English and I actually needed a translator to tell them I didn’t want butter on the bun.
The sandwich was the greasiest burger I’ve ever been served in my entire life. The EPA should have been called out because of the oil slick.
The place is a magnet for the homeless and the vast unwashed masses. Someone came in and sat a few tables away from me and it reminded me of what Al Bundy’s feet must smell like.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

I love wendy’s, but this wendy’s in particular is the worst!
1. SLOWEST service I’ve ever had. FASTEST: is on Edinger & Goldenwest!
2. STICKEST floor I’ve ever walked on. You’ll lose a shoe if you try to walk at a normal pace.
3. DIRTY tables. Man I don’t work there and I had to clean the tables because I couldn’t stand it. Every table I was about to sit down at, had leftover crumbs and stuff all over.
They sure make it nasty all up in here.

Worst Wendys I have ever been to. Homeless Tweakers hanging around this place all day long. Restrooms are dirty and nasty. They hardly ever get the order right or give you a receipt. The Pizas that run this place don’t care when you complain either. Check your receipt, your order, and count all your change when you go here, they will rip you off if they think they can get away with it.

Boooo!!! How can you serve breakfast and not open til 9:30!!!

Congratulations Stanton Wendy’s you’ve finally made it off my «Worst of the Worst» list. Even though I’ve hated you for 10 years I’ve still driven through your drive-​thru because of the close proximity to my house. I’ve noticed over the last year you’ve drastically improved and are becoming more like your franchise brethren. Now my food is fresh tasting, piping hot, and my orders have been correct… I even detect a bit of friendliness! The asiago ranch spicy chicken club sandwich I had this weekend tasted great and the fries were crispy! Please keep up the good work!
