First off I got multiple bids from a lot of companies to get an AC unit. companies base d out off redmond, kirkland and farther north. I got the best price by far from these guys. For my TRANE16.5SEER unit installed, there bid beat out the highest bid i got, which was for an even lesser SEER unit. What i liked about there sales guy: he didn’t give me any gimmicky sales pitch. He did his calculations, told me what i needed. That was that. He didn’t try to sell me some kind of 10 year annual maintenance package. I asked him why i should buy the trane vs lennox, bryant, carrier, york. I got straight up answers on everything from the warranty steps, compressor brand, labor charge for getting it swapped, etc. He also didn’t try to talk me into buying some new dual fuel furnace. He gave me a straight up quote, with no BS marketing, no hype, no kind of «buy it now» tactics. What i liked about the HVAC tech: Friendly. Professional. He did good work(I know because i have a mechanic background). Gave me great technical info on my unit. He had in depth knowledge of the product. He didn’t try to sell me anything! He did his job, cleaned up. he went out of his way to explain a lot about my HVAC system. Gave me solid adivce, and pointers. He was super comfortable with me watching his work and answered any/all questions i had. This was a very solid experience.
