Dairy & Gluten-Free«Cheesecake» distributed to local Health Food stores and sold locally at the Middlebury Farmer’s Market. Absolutely excellent! When we have company over, we buy a couple to surprise people and usually don’t let them know they are considered vegan until after I hear the rave comments. I’ve been giving them as thank you gifts as well. My wife is vegan and this is a dessert that the two of us can enjoy together. We’ve had people bring them to CT and PA after visiting us. Our favorite is the Maple Walnut, made with syrup produced by our neighbors, here in Starksboro. I know they have them at Healthy Living in South Burlington and Natural Provisions in Williston.
