First time trying this place out, tried the snappy turtle and mocha choca ya-​ya. Nothing special but a good frozen custard place if youre craving it.

This place is yet another reason why I miss Starkville… Bops! I love this concrete custard! I can’t get enough! I always get the same yummy one: Vanilla custard, brownie bites with caramel swirled within! Never gets old! So glad I was able to get my fix last week! Can’t wait for my next Starkville trip so I can get my Bops!

Great desserts any time of the day and all year round. This establishment has some of the best ice cream and custard that I have ever eaten. The staff and management are super-​friendly and helpful with any questions about the menu. A visit here is a great experience and highly recommended.

Bop’s is absolutely great as a treat for a hard day at work or a hot summer night.
I was introduced to Bop’s randomly last year, and to be honest always thought it as a weird little ice cream stand.
But oh how I was wrong. Make sure you check out this college diet staple in Starkville any night of the year. Try their concretes! I would recommend making your own (even though that can get pricey at $ 7) for a really great flavor.
They even have Shaved Ice! A really sweet lite fare treat for those minding the waistline!
