#1. I am in town from Texas. #2. Nice décor and look but. #3.The salsa is tomato sauce with a hint of cilantro. Decent service and decent food for a Chili’s. I had the mango chicken from the lighter menu. It was tender and topped with mango, tomatoes, and avocados. Nothing outstanding. Got steamed broccoli as my side and they were dry and tasted old. My co-worker ordered a chicken Caesar salad and it was pretty standard.

Normally I relish a trip to a Chili’s restaurant. I love many items on their menu, and I am fond of the atmosphere and brand. This location, however, is not up to snuff. While I have had good personal service during some of my dozen or so trips here, the usual experience is average or slightly below that. Servers here are sometimes absent-minded or inattentive, if hardly ever rude outright. But it’s the food that really sinks the joint. It is all too apparent that the cooks cut corners in preparing chicken, especially. On multiple occasions I have had leather-tough chicken wings or tenders come out, and also soggy, substandard burgers. Food is often just slopped on the platters, with sauces splattered and lettuce and other such items less than fresh. The inside of the place is often dirty, too. Everything could use much sharper work and attention.
