My company was approached by them about six months ago asking if we were interested in selling them our old broken iPhone screens to them(we are also in the screen replacement business) we said yes and within an hour a guy came and took a box of our broken screens and we were told in a day or so we would receive a call with an amount of payment or credit we received for them. After not hearing back for 2 months I called and asked about it, got the run around and was told they would look into it and call back, never did. So after the 6th month I called them again and was told they would look for my «invoice» and call me the next day, well they did not. They flat out stole about $ 100 worth of rebuild-able screen cores from us. I have advised the other local companies who offer screen repair on iPhones to not do business with them. This is a shame too, all of us companies would like to have a trustworthy local provider for replacement screens however they are clearly incapable of being that provider.

I had a bashed up screen on my iPhone 5c. Called Eric this morning, he said«come in whenever» and I walked away with a shiny like-new phone less than an hour later.(The repair itself took 5 minutes while I waited.) Great dudes here, super fair pricing and I couldn’t be happier about the job he did with the screen. 6-month warranty(unless it’s because I dropped it etc.). I’ll definitely go back when I inevitably break my phone again. Eric texted later to make sure everything was working right– much appreciated!
