People working there are extremely incompetent, the upper management should be ashamed. From dealing with them(the«lease coordinators», so not the upper management) they sound more like students who got a paid than grown-men dealing with very important information on a daily basis. The way they talk on the phone and through emails is very unprofessional. This is college housing, so obviously they are going to try to rip you off, but I’ve never seen such a shameless disorganization and blatant lying(telling someone they can’t place them where they want to, while it had been previously agreed on, and then saying it’s possible after they realized the person in question wouldn’t sign up with them if if weren’t for certain specifics + saying«I’m sending you this file right as we speak» and getting it three hours later *all this while stressing how important it is to fill the documentation fast*). This def begs for a BBB report. Students, run if you can, there are many better places around, and judging from the people from the lower management, they don’t deserve your money. They make you print stuff and then are like *oups, wrong forms!* yeah well are you going to replace all the ink I lost? Beh.
