Thanks for the reply. I know the reason of the diagnostic test and I am agree to pay for the diagnostic test. BUT I STILLTHINKTHATYOUSHOULDNOTASKMONEYFORTHEWRONGDIAGNOSTICTEST. That is the SCAM!!! Please read once more the below part to understand what is going on… I paid for a wrong diagnostic test! If they had said that the problem was about the logic board 7 days ago(after the diagnostic test) I would not wait for repairement and bought a new phone. I wait unneccessarily 7 days and I paid for the false diagnostic test. It is an easy way to earn money for them and they do not need to repair it in order to earn from you. P2P Scam… Terrible, Terrible, Terrible… Unfortunatelly I went there for my cell phone on 22 July 2014. My phone could not opened due to an unknown problem. I went to P2P. They said that they have to make a diagnostic to find a problem. And I had to wait for 1 – 2 days for the diagnostic test result. They request 26.50USD. I paid for that and wait for 2 days. They called me and said that according to the diagnostic, the problem was about the charging unit and they may order a part for it. They said it costs 90USD. Since the phone was old, I was indecisive. On the other hand due to the contact memory of the phone and the photos I said ok to them. And I had a limited time in State College. They said it will take 3 – 5 business day to repair it. I called them after 5 days they said they are still waiting for the charging part. Today(30 July 2014) they called me and said that they changed the charging part but the phone is still not working. I went to the store. They said the problem may be on the logic board and they can not fix the logic board. I asked the meaning of the diagnostic? Is it something like an estimation? or a test with software… Since I have no more extra time to wait for another 8 – 10 days I do not want to do anything there. Anyway, even though I had a time, they said they can not fix the logic board. I asked for my money back for the diagnostic and they refused. I paid for a wrong diagnostic test!

Terrible, terrible management. And by terrible I mean non-existant. The staff ordered a part, which turned out to be the wrong part so they had to return it. Ok, no biggie. But the correct part was on backorder, which they neglected to tell me so I had to wait about 3 weeks before it came in. By this time, I wanted a refund and said so. The next day they call, and say the part came in, and no they will not refund me because they already did labor on my computer, but they’ll give me some store credit, or I can have the part put in and get a $ 30 discount. Before they realized the first part they ordered did not fit into my computer, they tried to install it so that’s labor: how is it my problem that they tried to install the wrong part? At this point I want absolutely nothing to do with them, so offering store credit is kind of like a one-fingered solute in my mind. «Hey you’re absolutely miserable with our service, well come on back!» Yeah, no thanks. Only the manager/owner can make refunds, so when I asked to speak the manager the employee said he/she was not there. Ok, I asked for a number I can reach them, and the employee says I can’t have that information. Ok, I asked when the manager will be on the premises next so I can speak to him/her, the employee said the manager does not have a schedule, and he has no idea when he/she will be in next! I finally asked if he could call the manager, and let me talk to him/her while I’m in the store ANDHESAIDNO! Also, they have no voicemail system, what kind of business is this?! So, I finally decided to take the correct part they ordered, and the small discount and never return. Basically, I waited a full month to have them tinker around with my laptop, put the original broken part in, and then try to charge me full price for all of that. The original charge was $ 182, including the part. Out of this I get a $ 75 part and $ 30 check(because even though they can charge with in the store, they only give back checks for discount), so I’m out $ 80 and a full month for nothing. This business is run appallingly poorly. I’d rather try to follow youtube instructions on how to fix my computer(it’s just a trackpad replacement) than ever set foot in that place again.
