These people are top-​notch. Rob in particular is not only very knowledgeable but a total class act. I bought a fairly expensive bike from him (at a great price, mind you), and he went out of his way to not only answer every question, but solve every issue and get the configuration perfect. He even sorted out a major configuration issue on my end at the 11th hour, and he still managed to get the bike finished on time, and shipped on time (at extra cost out of his pocket). If you are into recumbents, get in touch with them. They know what they are doing, and at least in my experience, they are very trustworthy and honest.
