I was in this store today for finger printing for a new job requirement. I had two very nice gentlemen help me. They offered help with a pleasant attitude that is not found at most places in State College. However, most UPS employees are nice and helpful!

I’m not pleased with the staff at this location. They are always sitting around on their phones. I used to ship there frequently but since the old manager Katelyn left I feel like I’m not cared for and not a warm welcome like she used to give off for the store. I wish she would come back. She was amazing with customer service always a friendly smile.

I go to this UPS Store for all my shipping needs as a frequent eBay seller. It’s location is extremely convenient for me, and there is always at least two competent employees working, which means that the wait times are very short or nonexistent. They also provide shipping via USPS here when the prices will be cheaper (you just have to ask), so that’s really convenient too that they can even check those prices so readily.
I had one package damaged in transit (not this store’s fault) that was rather valuable, and after I filed a claim, I met the manager Allen. He is the single most helpful store manager I have ever worked with, constantly making sure that the next step of the claim was in order, and most importantly, being very friendly the whole time. I ended up getting everything that I deserved in a relatively timely manner, and I am nearly certain that I would have gotten too little too late had Allen not been there to represent me.
I would highly recommend trying out this UPS store!
