Events Ink has experience and a lot of great ideas, but very limited follow through. I was very disappointed in the level of service and the negative attitude given to me by the owner. We used Events Ink for our wedding. The coordinator seemed as though she had the best intentions in mind — but would always forget whatever ideas she initiated and was very unresponsive to emails and phone calls. On the day of the wedding there were a number of mishaps directly related to her disorganization that she did not take ownership of or apologize for. Instead, she became rude to me and my mother during the reception and left early. If you do use Events Ink I recommend being very organized yourself. They offer a lot of ideas and have good connections to everything wedding — but are not professional in conduct.

I have been going to Events ink for 4 years and have had everything from simple fifts to my newborn sons pictures done. I first went to events ink for my wedding invitations then went after for everything else Cynthia the owner is always helpfull and profesional. I love her creativity. I have since moved away but know that if I need help with anything she would still be there for us.

The shop and the owner are very unorganized! Horrible communication. Way over priced and watch out if your not a big spender the owner could care less to help you. I paid for my invitations ten weeks ago still no proof, and now fighting to get my money back. I actually had to open a claim with my bank!!! No return emails, phone calls or a sorry I’m a crappy business owner. Now having to start over on invitations!!! Really not a person or business you want to work with, trust me!
