woman on the phone was extremely rude. Wouldn’t be helpful by any means, and when I asked for an email she said it was not allowed and literally hung up on me. Strongly recommend NOT using this contractor since there are better and more hospitable plumbing contractors out there.

The person who answers the phone is very rude. I just called to ask a couple of questions and she pretty much cut me off to say she was too busy. If your too busy to answer a question maybe you shouldn’t even answer the phone.
