Be warned, by 10:20 there is a pretty robust line. That being said it moves at a fair speed and the guard is on his game greeting and handing out tickets.

Best forced government process ever! Got here at 4 in the afternoon and the ladies were great. I was shocked by how quickly the whole whole thing was over. Only downside was the chocolate place next door was closed.
