It takes me three hours round-trip to visit this space. When I arrived last week, the electricity was down. The manager, Rick, was dismissive and downright rude to the few renters who arrived to access their units. He said, «It’s not my problem» when asked what might be done. People said, ‘we pay rent’ and ‘what can you do for us?” He responded with anger saying not to expect any refund or consideration for time lost and the inability to access their units that day. He said, ‘go ask Con Ed for a refund.’ This is no way to run a business or expect loyalty from customers.

Évaluation du lieu : 4 Staten Island, NY
I’ve been maintaining a unit here for the stuff that I have in my inventory for my online storefronts. It’s pretty straight-forward keeping and following the procedures to keep a unit here(you basically pay the bill every month and you can’t store dangerous items that are in their list of no-nos LOL). it’s a huge place right next to the train tracks and I think their rates are competitive. I think it’s their only building here in Staten Island. It’s convenient for me, generally, as I live 5 stops away from the location of this storage building that a friend told me used to be paint factory many years ago. I’d love to have their hours extended up at least to 9 or 10 pm, and also to have them accept parcels from sellers we’ve bought some goods from. I just don’t know how they’re going to do these.
