The WORST rental company. They charged $ 45 delivery which would be fine but they forgot some of my chairs when they delivered to my house. They never arranged a pick up time or date, Dave emailed me with 0 notice to say they were outside for pick up so I told him I’d be home in 15 minutes and I left work only to find their truck pull off 10 minutes later. I contacted Dave to have them come back and apparently their pick up includes hopping my 6′ fence and unlocking my gate. When I confronted them taking the tables out I didn’t even get an apology or a rational explanation. I will never use them again!

First, I will begin with the customer service. I dealt with Dave who had an attitude from the beginning. The quote he began with was nearly 300.00 dollars more than the quote at the end. I would have canceled the request but no other companies had tents available for that day. His attitude alone is enough to drive the company into the ground.
As for the product, the tent had 3 holes in it and rain wet my guests. Also, the men who set the tent up were rude. The tent has yet to be picked up, it has been left for four days now, when I called for the tent to be picked up, Dave’s response was «well doesn’t it look nice in your backyard?»
I would NEVER rent again from this company.
