I had a terrible experience with this Doctors office. First time I felt the need to write a bad review. Met with Doctor for my annual check up nice enough asked me a few questions spoke to me at length was happy with that. Then it all went down hill. Doctor told me he does not do blood work at the office that is fine. Go for my blood test a week goes by no word. call doctor, receptionist says she will let doctor know to call me. One more full week goes by nothing, call doctor again receptionists says doctor will call you back. Wait three more days finally call and say I need and want my results back now I should not have to wait over 2 weeks to hear the results for a basic test. Receptionists gets very rude puts me on hold 2 seconds later comes back on phone and just says your results are normal. No explanation no letting me know what my numbers are nothing. I say I need to know what my results are she says very rudely then come pick them up. Horrible experience not the way a doctor or his staff should treat a patients

I don’t like going to Dr.‘s, well who does really? If you need one, this is your guy. The office was big and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the Dr. was really nice and listened to me! Not like most Dr.‘s these days that don’t even make eye contact and are ready to write you a script for drugs like that’s the answer to everything! Dr Arapai is an old school style Dr. and to me that means a lot, he is now my Permanent Doctor…
