I have encountered Audiology Island when tried to solve my chronic tinnitus issue. I have been to few specialists before that frustrated me with their sales pitch and arrogance. Dr. Fulman was recommended to me by my friend, and turned to be one of the best doctors I have seen! The first step into the office was welcomed by great customer service, and paperwork with required testing proved technological competence of the staff. The receptionist was very helpful, explaining all my available benefits and details of insurance coverage. I was also impressed by the office design (it is very rare for typ. medical office to have a nice design) and all gadgets that my doctor had for testing and problem solving. Moreover, I just loved my doctor’s personality! She answers all questions and makes you feel comfortable and welcome. No pitching, but pure help! Cannot be happier I have finally found what I was looking for.

The office is equipped with state of the art technology and the doctoral staff is well versed and knowledgeable in both diagnostic and research areas. The office hours are accommodating to both working and non working professionals. The wait time is minimal. The doctors and the administrative staff is courteous and professional.

Audiology Island is extremely professional business. The service was quick and receptionist are carring. Doctors spend long time with patients and waiting time is short. I strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for audiology services.
