I just had my car fixed there and I have to say that I’m impressed! Everybody, from the lady at the front desk, to Darren who gave me the initial estimate, to Josh, the Enterprise guy who is actually there at the shop, is very friendly, pleasant and professional. They did an amazing job with the repair, it was done in the timeframe they promised and the initial estimate was my final cost. The whole experience was simple, quick, no issues whatsoever. I have been searching for a dependable, professional and convenient repair shop for many years and I’m so happy that I finally found it! I highly recomend Auto Pro Collision and I will tell everyone about the amazing experience I had there.

I’ve have used this shop several times throughout the years. Driving in New York can take a toll on your bumpers ! Every time I have used this place they have been fast, polite, and honest. This is honestly the best collision shop on Staten Island and if you go anywhere else on the island you are a fool.

This place was amazing had a great experience the owner and his son Frankie was able to repair my car within 4 days and I was able to enjoy my 4 of July

I would recommend Auto Pro Collision to anyone for auto body work. I initially came to this location for an estimate on a minor dent and scratch. Frankie worked with me and gave me the most economical and effective course of action. He chose paintless dent removal and compounding to the finish. The shop stays busy and I find the folks very honest. I will send all my local referrals to this shop. Thank you!

I’ve been using Unilocal for years and this is only my second review, hopefully it speaks volumes. Had my first accident a little while ago with my Jeep that I owned for less than two weeks after getting rear ended, literally I couldn’t be more annoyed… Honestly they’re a 1 stop shop. I didn’t understand the process I had to go through but as soon as I arrived Frank, Isabelle and Darren walked me through the entire process, from where I stood to when I was getting my car back. When I got home from work they had a rental car waiting for me and my paperwork in order. Frank (I believe one of the owners) took time out of his day to call me personally and updated me step by step of the repair process.
He even surprised me by painting my rims for me because I was telling him thats what I wanted to do as soon as I could afford it… free of charge.
If you don’t go here you’re doing it wrong. Thank you AutoPro Team.

I recently was referred to Auto Pro by Geico when my car was hit in a parking lot. I had never known about Auto Pro and when we got there we were greeted by extremely friendly people. They were extremely helpful and explained the whole process to us. We also needed a rental car, and found out they had Enterprise right on site. How great it was under a stressful situation to walk in and feel right at ease, and that you are being well taken care of. The whole time they had our car, they kept us up to date on the progress being made. We found out that we needed a new door, and they would have to paint it. When we picked up our car it looked fantastic! And can’t say enough about Auto Pro and the fabulous work that they do! If anyone is in need of services such as theirs I highly recommend them to anyone! The people are wonderful here and my car was even cleaned inside and out! I can’t praise them enough!!!

I recently had to bring my truck in to Auto Pro for some repairs. It was a pleasant experience from drop off to pick up. Everyone was friendly and courteous and I was pleasantly surprised how clean the place is. I received several texts updating me of the status and pickup date. I definitely had more communication with them than any autobody business I have used in the past. Not only was my truck fixed and looking great but it was also washed and vacuumed. I would use Auto Pro again and would highly recommend them.

frankie and sebbie were a pleasure to work with. i hit a truck tire in the roadway a few years back, i have allstate. my son had an accident on fdr, he has geico insurance.
customer service was exceptional, both times at shop we were treated greatly. allstate, geico and enterprise are on site. what a great experience considering we met by accident. cars came out great, i would highly recommend them. by the way they give you a life time guarantee on your repairs. great find on staten island, honest and concerned. my true thanks to their staff. kind regards mike i… o

I have been to this shop twice now, both times through Geico. All three teams that I dealt with at Auto Pro (Geico, Auto Pro, and Enterprise) were so extremely helpful and very sensitive to the fact that I had just been in an accident and wanted as little stress as possible. They made things as easy as possible, worked very quickly, and did such a fantastic job.

I was recommended by my mechanic/​friend Rob from All Tire Company when I had an accident. So, I went which I had an appointment with a Geico Rep. Sam on site, as well an Enterprise Rep. Nicole which I had to go through with my Geico Insurance. I was extremely pleased with how they were very attentive to me with getting my car fixed. Great customer service skills, they all aim to please the customer. My car was vacuumed, washed, & the tires were glowing. Excellent work on my car which was damaged in the back. If you even have a minor complaint don’t hesitate to tell them. They will help you out & I do recommend this place. SPECIAL THANKS TO: Norm, Sam, Frankie, Nicole, and Isabel for calling me & telling me to come back. Also, the guy who fixes the bumper or back door to the trunk of my Honda CRV.
