I’m sorry I really dont like leaving poor ratings. But this places needs a renovation & updating! The place is outdated is reminds me of going back in the 70’s, their slices are small and poor with seasoning. Not enough sauce or cheese. Making them use less ingredients to offer a affordable slice. I would rather pay the extra for a better slice. Their grandmas fall in the same category. We didn’t even like the buffalo chicken slices. It will be sad if they close down & they didn’t know why.

This pizzeria has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Counter girls are very rude and the delivery takes forever, if I had to recommend any pizzeria I would say Benvenuti pizzeria.

We visited from upstate N.Y. and the first night my daughter’s family took us out to Bario’s. I ordered the Penne Alexander and it was delicious. Of all the meals that I had either in NYC or on Staten Island, I enjoyed that the most.

We order from Barrios and it’s good. Very good Grilled Chicken Cesar Salad, wings and delicious heros. Another good option is the low carb menu. The pizza and pastas are just ok— not really a fan. If you go for the pizza try the buffalo chicken.

Place is dirty and the food is horrible. Have never gotten anything good from this place. My inlaws order because it’s cheap. Pizza sucks, sandwiches are worse and the dining area is dark and filthy. No pride of ownership whatsoever .I’d rather pay $ 2.50 for a slice and get food that is edible .
Mr. Pizza around the corner has way better pizza.

This location reminds me of Paesano’s Pizzeria.
They both have the same tendency. They make pizza with weird texture cheese and a little sauce with really dry pizza. It is so dry that I would need a pot of tomato sauce to dunk my slice in.
You cannot beat $ 2 slice of pizza however depends on your preferences of eating pizza.
Their eggplant and spinach roll is actually good which I was in shocked.
Their sub heros are actually nice, way better than Paesano’s Pizzeria.
This spot is good for sandwiches.
Parking sucks! Beware! Better off parking in the streets than fighting for a spot in the lot.

Was in there today and havent been satisfied the last 3 times I pick up my food there’s always something missing and the food is not that great but mr pizza is right down the block very friendly nice looking store clean and the pizza and kitchen food is banging u havnent tried mozzarella sticks until u try mr pizza
P s the girls that work there are a bunch of idiots and the head idiot it’s no one fault that u work there and will be stuck working as a counter girl for the rest of ur life hahahahahahah loser quit already give some highschool kids a job while there in school and u need to fix ur face acne goes away at 16 ur in ur 20’s and still have bad skin jerkoff and the food takes long cause the girls let the owner and the Mexican pizza man play grab ass wit them not a family restaurant it’s more like a whore house

ordered two hours ago and i live literally 3 blocks away. today was raining so i thought why not get some pizza. sike they took forever and came with colddddd fooooooodddddddx

This Bario’s is a few blocks away from my job. All of my coworkers are hesitant to order because they take forever. I don’t mind waiting an hour but once the food hasn’t arrived and it’s been over 2 hours, there’s an issue. They may be cheap and the food may be decent but the delivery time is terrible. When you call and ask about the status of your order, you’ll get «the delivery guy just left» which means nothing considering you’ll still be waiting. If the food was worth it and they were upfront about the real delivery time maybe then I wouldn’t even mind. But that’s far from the truth.

Ordered take out via grub hub the wife and I ordered soups wings and a panini we get an email that says hour and a half delivery time… Ok it’s lunch time I get it. It actually came in just about an hour which was fair.
So we open the food the wife has her lentil and bacon soup she said it tasted like they poured the bacon fat into the water the lentils came in and heated it up also didn’t send bread with soup which was odd.
But ok next wings $ 10 bucks for wings that come from a big box store they were frozen not fresh chicken that you deep fry they had no taste and were over cooked. And then my panini that I threw out it was a chicken and vodka panini.
It was so soggy and the the sauce was tasteless and chicken was bland.
For the prices they charge should be better quality food coming out of the kitchen.
But they are known for their $ 1 slice I guess that’s how they get people in the door and don’t care about everything else coming out of the kitchen.

Went in for dinner and EVERY table was filthy! I noticed the waitresses on their cell phones and manager nearby. Dirty tables in front and back room. This is not a way to run a restaurant. I won’t be back!

I ordered food from here via grubhub & it was amazing! I ordered the flank steak salad & I asked for red onions instead of mushrooms but they somehow did the opposite, however, I wasn’t even mad cause it was so good. I also had the jalapeño poppers which were awesome!
Also the delivery guy was very pleasant and mannered!
Will definitely be ordering from them again! Especially since I saw their lunch special!

After requesting a fairly large order for delivery from an extremely rude person on the phone who seemed short tempered and annoyed, she happened to add the one topping we DID NOT want to every similar item we had requested. The special we ordered (the party special that included garlic knots) the pizza came cold, without the garlic knots and the one soda I had double checked to make sure they have, they ran out of and didn’t even call to let me know so they sent another in its place. I called to get the garlic knots and it’s has now been over 2 hours since I was told someone would come to deliver it. NEVER AGAIN

We are teachers who order lunch every Friday! Today we ordered lunch specials at 10:15 am to be delivered by 12pm. At 12:45 we called when our food still hadn’t arrived and were told that they can’t send it out. When we asked to speak with a manager we were told that he is too busy to speak with us! We will never order anything from here again! If u plan on ordering from Barios, make sure to order it at least a day in advance and maybe u
will actually get ur food!

I’ve been going to barios for maybe 12 years now. I’ve lived up the block and it’s cheap/​close/​not terrible. Their slices aren’t to die for but they aren’t horrible either. My favorite is probably the sicilian, something about the sauce that makes it taste so good, and they have a daily special of $ 15 for a sicilian pie and dozen garlic knots which is a great deal considering the size of this pie.
The only other thing I’ve had here is the tortellini Alfredo which I give them 5 stars for. It’s very easy to make so it’s not a surprise that it’s good but after all these bad reviews I figure give me somethin. I get the tortellini lunch special at $ 9 comes with drink and knots and I’m never disappointed.
HOWEVER, sorry barios but yes your delivery methods suck. I’ve delivered once… twice…and then stopped only cuz I don’t wanna let it get to me about your place. I order for pick up every time now which is fine with me cuz I live around the corner so let’s not be lazy. %90 of you complain about delivery service and it’s cold and you live around the corner, just go pick it up and you’ll be fine.
So 4 stars cuz pizza isn’t incredible authentic pizza and delivery sucks, thanks guys, see you soon.

The food at Barios is aweful!!! I don’t know how they have been around for so long. It’s probably a front for something. Any good review on here is either from a friend of the owners or from a lunatic who never had pizza from anywhere else. The place is dirty. The customer service is terrible since they are so rude to customers. Frozen pizza is much better than what they serve here.

Really? I just had a sausage roll with no sausage in it! It had all peppers! How can you sell a sausage calzone without sausage? I should have read Unilocal first. Their claim to fame plastered all over the place is a reader’s choice award from 2014. You sure fooled me…

Guess I’m adding another bad review to the plethora of sub par reviews. Placed order at 5:20, arrived at 7:10pm. When it arrived, it was cold (expected) looked like it was left overs from the previous night, flimsy on the cheese, and dry and overcooked. Keep in mind, I’ve never met a Pizza, I don’t like! My husband ordered the seafood salad, and he was completely grossed out by it! We chucked the ENTIRE order, and ordered from one of those chain pizza spots! It was so bad my guy kept apologizing for encouraging us to try Barios, instead of our go to pizzerias.
The staff was nice enough, & tried to give us a credit for another pie, (one star earned), but I’d prefer to pass on a free pie, than have another slice. THAT’S how BAD it was!

As a traveler, I depend on locals to give me the best places. I thought I had found the one! Not so.
I would have been overjoyed to try their food. I placed a delivery order ay 940pm. If I had known they closed at 11, I definitely would have called back sooner. No pizza, no phone call (despite having it), but oho! A charge on my credit card. Left a message-we’ll see if I get a callback from someone or if I have my bank dispute the charge.

If I could of put no stars I would… we ordered on seamless and we live up the block. So we are literally waiting and waiting for our order to be put in… its 7:08 we ordered at 6:20 WTF IS THAT! !! when we came in they have us attitude as well because they couldnt find our order. come to find out they got the order and never put it through!!! FLIPPING AWSOME GUYS KEEP UP THE SHITTY WORK
Finally got the food at 7:20!
