My experience with Rachael has been wonderful. Her salon is tastefully decorated with a very calming affect. She doesn’t treat u like a client, she treats u like a friend she has known for life. Her treatments are highly effective! My experience was absolutely wonderful and i recommend her highly!!!

Bought a groupon deal for a microcurrent facial. The first question Rachel asked was, did I put on any makeup. If I did, I would need to wash the makeup off myself. I said no, forgotten that I had on BB cream. She then used the hot compress once on my face and then yelled at me for ruining her towel with my BB cream. She then proceed onto the next step by putting on some gels and started the microcurrent without helping me to wash my face thoroughly. After 30 minute, she said the facial is completed without putting any sun protection cream on my face. I requested to have sun protection cream before I step outside to the hot temperature and was told that she didn’t have the sun protection cream in her place.
