After not paying the judgement they filed and Order to Show Cause after not showing up for either previous court date. I showed up to court and as of no surprise to me, they didn’t — again. Judgement stands, time to collect.

This man is a con artist. I have a similar story to the other reviewer except mine is even worse because I was in for 20k. He initially seemed hard working and sweet talked me into hiring him. I got his name from my neighbor who apparently saw a couple good reviews for him on Angie’s list which clearly were FAKE. He ended up taking 5k from my neighbor in the end promising to fix the railing on their steps, which of course never happened. I should have known better when he cashed my deposit check the same day I gave it to him and before he even sent me a full breakdown and estimate. Then as soon as he started he kept finding new things that were wrong and kept asking for more money and became a real bully. He actually screamed at me when I said I wanted to not pay him the full amount until after he was finished. And he got so nasty that against my better judgement I paid him the last few thousand dollars before he finished up and even though I knew the work he had done was sub par. As soon as I handed him the money he never came back. He left gaping holes in the front of my family’s brownstone and every single thing he did is shoddy. His business isn’t in his name, it’s in his wife’s and when he emailed me an «estimate» it came from someone named «Tony Bush». This man is scum. I would sue him but I don’t have the resources. Frank, there is a special place in hell for people like you. Here is just one picture of something he left unfinished, among many others.
