My daughter and I just waited 20 minutes for cold, soggy fries. Five minutes in line and fifteen minutes waiting for someone to scoop the fries into a paper basket and give them to us. I usually try to give flustered teenagers working at a busy place a break, but when they began serving customers who were 4, 5, 6 places in line behind us, with more complicated orders, I raised my voice. Hopefully the tip I put in the «college fund» jar will be put to good use and someone there will actually educate themselves.
