Call It A Wrap

Good, trust worthy food! I have celiac disease, so gluten is similar to an allergy condition for me. 2/3’s of all restaurants I try get me sick. Never had a problem with Call it a Wrap! One of about 3 places I have total trust in! And it doesn’t get any fresher than this! (BTW, they always substitute brown rice since I can’t have the wraps)

Everyone there is pleasant as pie and the food is delicious. I know because I spend way too much time there.

I hate to even give a star on this place, horrible horrible horrible customer service!!! Yes horrible!
Dawn the cashier had stole my car keys off the table after yelling an cursing out my younger sister an my 3 year old child. She’s a menace to society, I called the police bc she wouldn’t return my car keys that was left on top table where I was still trying to eat, she stole my car keys bc I recorded her verbally attacking me my sister an child, she wanted me to erase my video an pictures an then she claimed to return my keys. UM NOPE I will do no such thing everyone will know how evil an unprofessional you are an how you should be locked away in a cage to rot.
She an her co worker was so unprofessional it should be illegal to even have this women working with people.
Ridiculous that the women owner whom I spoke to over the phone even has this animal still working here. I left my number with the manager to have the owner call me an guess what, Yeap dawn the crazy lady kept texting me an verbally threating me an my son.
She’s so lucky I’m not the person I used to be bc lord knows I wouldn’t of thought before reacting.
I mean there food is decent but not worth the customer abuse given.
Absolutely run from this restaurant don’t even waste your time or hard earned money, the owners husband who passed years ago God rest his soul, he would be so disappointed with how this place is being managed now.

I live in the neighborhood but today was the first time I went to Call It A Wrap — — going a long with my New Year’s resolution to eat healthy. I ordered the grilled chicken on salad with advacodo to go. I couldn’t believe how much chicken was on the salad; it was perfectly grilled and flavorful. The raspberry vinaigrette dressing on the side was delicious; the salad greens and other vegetables were fresh and plentiful.
I’ll be visiting Call IT A Wrap more often and trying out other items on their menu.

i order from call it a wrap at least once a week i would say. it’s way better and healthier than fast food on a work night that you are too tired to cook. I love the sweet potato fries i get them every time i order and most recently i’ve been getting a carrot ginger juice i think thats sooo good and obviously very healthy for you. ive tried all different wraps so has my fiancé and we are never disappointed. Delivery is always quick too which is always a plus!

If NYPD is sitting down having a meal there, I’m pretty sure you are in good hands!
Found this place while working in Staten Island, I didn’t want a heavy meal that would leave me in a food coma for the rest of the night and still had to try and concentrate for work!
This is a clean and spacious spot in a small strip plaza, they focus on healthy meal options, shakes and smoothies. I liked that the counters were not over run with cookies and sweet treats (there is an ice cream shop next door)
I ordered a spinach salad with a scoop of tuna salad to go, waited about 5 – 10 mins for my order, cost around $ 10. The salad was good and freshly prepared, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes and a little too much red onions, but they were all crisp and freshly cut! The salad also came with a boiled egg (not the pre boiled ones that come out of a Sysco bucket — trust me you will know when you have had one) Feta cheese, and grilled lean ham, this was nice; actually grilled with sear marks. The tuna salad (add on) was a generous scoop, again freshly prepared as a simple tuna/​mayo mix.
The menu was vast with all kinds of different healthier options, the service was friendly and efficient. I’m glad I found this place, they are also open till 10pm most nights, with a legit dinner crowd!

Amazing place. Food is probably the best and the healthiest on the Island. Customer service could probably be a tad better. But the food and smoothies are amazing. I would recommend.

Finally visited after wanting to for years and I totally regret not coming sooner!
The place is clean and cute and extremely comfortable. Ordering was easy and the girls at the counter were friendly.
Now, on to the food. I got a veggie burger, which came in a pita wrap with a little salad on the side — perfect. The veggie burger was surprisingly delicious and the tomatoes and spring mix greens were fresh and tasty. I also got a side of sweet potato fries, which are usually a hit or miss for me. They were a hit! So crunchy and flavorful. The food also came relatively quickly — which was another plus.
The menu was diverse and had a lot of options. As a vegan there wasn’t too much for me to pick from, but I’m sure with some meat-​removal from their sandwiches I could open up some options.
I would definitely come back!

I absolutely love this place. I’ve never been inside I prefer to call my order in and have the food delivered to my front door. I must admit I’m getting quite spoiled The food always comes quick, it’s hot and the delivery guys are way cool. My favorite salad so far is the blackened chicken ceaSar salad. Slowly but surely I will try everything on the menu. Until next time. Peace and Love …

Pretty good place, pretty healthy, love the split pea (vegan) soup, good carrot juice too. Quick at a good price, can’t beat it for lunch delivery!

Came here today had the bison wrap it was excellent.
Place is clean staff was good to me. I see some of the reviews on here and all I can say is try the place for your self that’s what I did.

I eat here at least 3 times per week. No matter what I have gotten it is always fresh and delicious. I love their turkey burgers and sweet potato fries. Food is made to order — nothing is ever too salty or not salty enough. It’s just right ! They are definitely into the health aspect of a health food establishment because things are freshly made and are not out of the Oscar Meyer cold cuts variety pack. They also have a large variety of smoothies to which you can add protein powder. The staff is friendly and attentive. They greet you by your name when you walk in… That’s quality. You can pre order your food and it will be waiting for you when you get there or delivered on time anywhere on the island. Lastly, aside from being an awesome eatery they are always on board for a good cause.
They are solid !

Me and my sister where having a girls day an after the salon we wanted to go stop by call it a wrap for lunch. So we go in where looking at the menu an the women asks if where ready to order! We told her no not yet in a minute we would be. There was a customer in front of us who said he called in a protein shake ahead of time so it should be ready, she mumbles an says «oh yea that’s nice» in a nasty attitude. So I look in shock an just mind my business an continue looking at the menu with my sister. Ok we’re ready to order now we pay an then a second later my sister changed her fruit bowl to a smoothie an says she’ll pay the difference, there where 2 girls behind the counter an the register girl was nasty just as bad as the girl who took the order. So she says its a difference of $ 3.45 so my sister gives the money an puts some singles into the tip jar even after the nasty attitude, she still gives a tip. We sit down, I take off my 3 year old sons jacket an get him ready for his lunch an we over hear the girls laughing obnoxiously an speaking loud an clear saying «when her food comes out she can get the F**K up an get it herself» she must of been upset bc she updated her order. So now we look at each other an where shocked as ever thinking is this a joke is MTV doing a pranked show or something. My sister says excuse me is there something wrong with my order? She comes closer to our table an says «YES, When your food comes out you can get the F**K up an get it yourself» omg is this really happening, so now me as a older sister gets up an tells the women that she needs to relax an watch her mouth. She then tells me «Oh oK well if you don’t like it then you can get the F**K out an don’t come back, good bye». I have no idea who this women was raised by but it was normal humans she has no respect at all an who ever hired her is as crazy as she is. Long story short I pulled my phone out an told her I’m recording her an im putting her on the news etc– she then got even more crazier came from around the counter ready to snatch my phone to delete the videos. (Mind you I have my son in my arms the whole time) she then sees im not deleting the video she goes over to my table an takes my car keys/​house keys I had left on the table with my jacket where I thought I’d be eating lunch at. I then tell her to give me my keys an I try to take them she starts telling «Yo Yo Yo don’t touch me don’t touch me an starts going bananas. At the ending of it all no one helped me at all I was verbally attacked by an employee who then sent the cook to tell me to leave from behind the counter where she held my car keys hostage. I tried to get my belongs back an was even more attacked by her bc she then starts calling my 3yo a bastard child an telling him to stfu. Now at this point to be honest I really want to rip her mouth out of her face but I kept cool called the police, they arrived an tell me if I file a report or have her arrested for robbery that they will arrest me for trespassing by going behind the counter to obtain my keys so I can leave. I seriously was so fed up my nerves where shot my adrenaline was through the roof I just wanted the nightmare to be over with. My baby didn’t deserve any of this. I took my keys an I left peacefully after she had the cops tell me to delete the video I had recorded of her nearly attacking me an clearly robbing my keys. Well good thing iPhone has a trash recovery :)

The food is so good here! I tried a smoothie from here and one of their power plates and they were both really good! I just wish it was closer to my house.

Great for a quick lunch. Call ahead. Sometimes I feel like I wait long for my lunch if I don’t call ahead and I am not ordering something that needs to be cooked. I will order a salad wrap and will wait a very long time. They should carry hummus. Overall good experience and an option when you want healthy meal.

Great place for healthy wraps. They have a wide selection of wraps to choose from. I usually go in being so indecisive on what to get. I like their steak wrap as well as their ostrich parmigiana wrap. The ostrich wrap tastes similar to beef. All wraps come with a salad and dressing.
I also see them sell protein shakes and chips by the cashier.
I always leave this place with a satisfied stomach. If you are in the neighborhood I highly suggest you eat here at least once.
