Wanted to surprise my best friend for her birthday with a similar arrangement that she had ordered for her wedding. I really was unsure about what she had ordered and really left it up to the florist at Carrolls; however the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. I am excited to see what they do for her actual wedding and will definitely use them for other orders in the future!

My husband and I went to Chad for our wedding in December. Not only was Chad a pleasure to work with but he captured our vision to a T. He would respond to us right away and the made the whole stressful process so simple. We loved them so much we even went to them for our invitations as well. Our bouquets and centerpieces were absolutely stunning we received so many compliments. We would definitely recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Chad worked with our daughter and created her vision to perfection. She had a fall wedding and it was awesome. He went out of his way to be sure to stay within our budget. I’m going to take her photo album in to show him when I receive it. He knocked it out of the park for sure.

I have used Carroll’s for over 10 years now. They have great customer service, a beautiful selection of flowers, are reasonably priced and are always accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend them.

No service with multiple people standing at the desk. Common sense would dictate that you acknowledge passing customers, but whatever!

I did not have a good experience with this florist. I was kind of surprised because it looks like a nice store but I didn’t feel like we were treated fairly. I made an appointment on the phone for my fiancé (now husband) and I to come in and see their flowers. I explained to them on the phone that it would be for our upcoming wedding in October and that I wanted to look at what they had in the store. When we arrived, the manager or owner (not sure) came over and sat down with us for about 3 – 5 minutes. He seemed like he couldn’t really be bothered and told us we should make another appointment to come back to see their flowers. Um, no. I just drove about 30 minutes from Brooklyn for an appointment I already made. Who has time to make multiple appointments when you’re planning a wedding of 150+ people. It was unfortunate we wasted time coming here.

I needed flowers for a center piece. What a great shop! The arrangement was gorgeous. They created an arrangement based on colors and flowers I like. They use only the best flowers (no carnations) and don’t cut any corners. Also, all the employees are pleasant. I will definitely be returning.

Caroll’s Hollywood Florists are the best around! I wanted succulent plant boutonnieres for my son’s Communion. I had seen them at a wedding and thought that they were unique and outrageously cool. I found out that the bride and groom had gotten their flowers from Carroll’s. I visited them and worked with Kristin D. who was a fantastic help. Needless to say, we ordered 4 boutonnieres and 4 tea rose corsages for the Communion. Their pricing is well within means and the quality of the flowers is outstanding. I will continue to recommend them, and I will definitely go back.

Called last minute for a funeral arrangement. Lee was super informative even after I explained that the viewing was that evening. I had no clue what type of arrangements were right for, or the size and he was able to describe them to me in detail. They were able to make sure the flowers were rushed and brought over to the funeral home within the hour! Their prices were also super reasonable.

After searching for 6 months and getting more than 20 (ridiculously high) estimates for our wedding flowers, a friend recommended Carroll’s to us. After meeting with Mary Ellen, I had no doubt that she would be able to create my rather specific vision for our wedding flowers within our budget. Ultimately, on our wedding day, we were blown away by everything. Mary Ellen truly out did herself and created the most lush, beautiful, soft, and stunning floral pieces. As soon as I saw our bouquets when they were delivered (on time, I might add!), I was speechless and couldn’t wait to see the centerpieces and church arrangements. All our guests commented how beautiful they all were. Perhaps the best part about doing our wedding flowers with Carroll’s was working with Mary Ellen. She was very enthusiastic about my ideas and really added her own fantastically creative and artistic touch to them. Just a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Carroll’s for special occasion flowers.
