Charles Bernstein

I’ve been seeing this doctor for 20 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. The only time I had a hard time getting in touch with them was after Hurricane Sandy. The receptionist is always very nice to me, friendly and funny. I usually don’t wait very long in the waiting room to see him. Dr. Bernstein is so nice and helpful. Whenever I need to change medicines or try something new he gives me samples, even of stuff you can find in stores. Just now sitting in the waiting room I snagged some coupons for Eucerin and Aquaphor which is awesome because I use them all the time. And a gentleman walked in asking to make an appointment and they gave him one for tomorrow!

I have been going to him for about 15 years. His receptionist has always had a BAD attitude and never nice at all. He isn’t very friendly either. He is a short, sniveling jackass with a bad attitude as well. I always have to wait 3 months for an appointment. This time I couldn’t make my appt because my car broke down and the receptionist said she could only give me one in 2 months… I told her I needed prescriptions in the meantime. She got very nasty and said since I haven’t been there in so long he wouldn’t give them to me. Is it MY fault I had to wait 3 mo and 2 mo the second time for an appointment? They are RUDE AND UNACCOMMODATING. So he wanted my appt so bad, now he loses a patient completely. Thats what you get for being GREEDY.
