Matt has been coloring my hair, and Drew has been styling it for about three years and it’s never looked better! The prices are reasonable and the people are friendly.

I’ve been going to Mariarae for haircuts, coloring and updos since I was 17 years old (I’m now over 30!) She is amazing! I’m constantly complimented on my hair and how it’s layered. Make sure you try her out!

Thank God I had a gift certificate because I would never willingly go here on my own. You’re in a house turned salon. I was upstairs in a small room and did not feel relaxed at any time. The facial itself wasn’t bad, but the lady doing my facial kept going in and out of the room. Bright lights were everywhere. After she cleaned my face and closed my pores, she wiped me off with a cold, wet towel, which I found disgusting. I left with facial scrub still on my neck and tasted it in my mouth. She also had her own reasoning for my mild break out, which was far fetched. Again, glad it was free because if it wasn’t it wouldn’t be for me.

I bought a groupon for a microdermabrasion & I was pleased with my experience. As I typically do, I waited until the last minute to use my groupon and they were able to easily get me in before the expiration date. I had an early morning appointment and was greeted by the friendly staff when I arrived. They processed my groupon quickly and took me upstairs for my appointment. I am terrible with names, but I believe Linda took care of me. She was nice and professional. The microdermabrasion was quick but my skin felt great afterward. She walked me through what to expect, so I didn’t panic when my skin felt like it was getting sucked off. As other reviewers have mentioned, the salon is in need of an update. I was a little nervous at first looking around the room, but the equipment seemed much more up to date than the salon itself. The whole thing just felt a little rushed though, and I was in & out in no time. While I appreciate things moving along and no wait time, it would’ve been nice to feel a little pampered. Maybe offered some water or coffee and a place to unwind after my treatment so I didn’t have to go outside with my bright red splotchy face immediately. All in all, I was satisfied with my groupon purchase, but the salon did not gain a new, full-​price paying customer from the experience.

I am disappointed by their customer service (or lack thereof) I bought a groupon to come in for a microdermabrasion about a month or so ago. I called for an appointment and they told me «We are having a problem. Too many people bought the groupon and now we are all booked until June. Call groupon and get your money back!»
Now, this has happened to me before and the business has the right to honor the groupon, extend it and get you the first available appointment. It is unfortunate that they didn’t even try to help me schedule an appointment, because while I was there I would have inquired about their hair coloring services, since I am looking for a new stylist for my mom. The idea of using Groupon is to try new places and hopefully you are satisfied, recommend the place to your friends and go back again for more products/​services.
In the end, Groupon gave me my money back, and I guess I’ll go spend it someplace else now. I hope they are happy that their business is so great that they can afford to turn new customers away like that, but in the long run, your customer service is what will keep people coming back and recommending you to others. Shame on you for offering and selling deals that you cannot honor.

I went there for color (touch-​up) and cut. Other than the sign by the lawn, the place looked like a home, so I missed it the first time I drove by. Inside, the place was clean, well lit. pleasant, and all the staff was very nice. They’ll offer you freshly brewed coffee which smell great. Mona worked with me to determined the best color that match my natural color, then the style and length that I’m looking for. The color was great, the bang was a little shorter than I wanted but I don’t think my hair was cut out (lol) for bangs — too thick. The price was reasonable for the work. I recommend the place, especially Mona
