I have their help installing a furnace but thus far there has been many problems with the furnace. Second opinion gave me a list of things that need to be fixed.

Ordered cleaning and inspection of home furnace thru Angies List. Nick came out inspected equipment and identified issue with ventilation. Nick suggested new ventilation tubing at a cost of $ 820 after he credited back Angies List payment. Appointments were never met on time. Each appt had to be rescheduled for next day and arrival time never met. The installer wrote on invoice we had a 3 year guarantee after installation. My ventilation/exhaust became worse after work completed. Installer came out twice and could not fix issue. After second attempt to fix issue, installer promised to come back next day which he never did. I left multiple messages with answering service for someone to contact me regarding my exhaust problem. They have an answering service answer all calls. You can never reach owner unless he calls back. I had to turn off furnace multiple times a day to minimize the high amount of fumes coming out of furnace. The walls and ceiling through out the house were black from the fumes. I am now getting ready to replace furnace. I would suggest not using these guys. They sound good in the beginning but if something goes wrong you will be left on your own. Not worth the time and headache to use this company.

this guy is a crook do not buy from here my story. In feb he installed my central air and boiler when we finally started to need AC on in june the central air had broken down 2x. that ok its under warranty. Now almost 4 weeks ago it breaks down i text him he says he going to send someone over nobody comes over. Finally he comes over and says the compressor need to be replaced. 3 week of the telling us that company is getting it tomorrow he gives me the company name to ask why its taking so long. Not a smart move when i go to the shop they tell me that they have the part but they will not give it to me because HEOWES3000.00DOLLARS… So i been texting him everyday and he not responding calling him no response straight to voicemail. his store location is a house which i didnt ring the doorbell to see is he lived there. I have a elderly mother 2 dogs that cant take the heat but he dosn’t care he took our 6000 dollars and said screw you guys. I went with him because he told me if i stood with him i would get the best customer service. thats a joke now i spent 800 bucks to get a new guy to install a brand new unit. I did a background check and OMG i wish i would of done this first. I will be seeing Nick in small claim court, reporting him to the BBB, Consumers Affairs.
