Our heat went out last year during one of the coldest winters in recent years. Called Community II and they sent someone out to help diagnose the problem. It cost probably $ 300 in total including diagnostic fee and labor. I think they came at least twice. only 7 – 8 months later, we found that the heat wasn’t working. I was frustrated that the problem wasn’t fixed the first time. They get the job done, but given that they had to come twice in less than 8 months, makes me a little dubious. Second time, it cost about $ 130 with diagnostic and labor fees.

Community II installed the Heating/AC/Water heater when my home when it was built in 1992. Through out the years there service has been excellent, reliable, honest, and they stand by there work. In 2009 Community II installed my instant Hot water heater. Through a misunderstanding on my part of how Instant Hot Water Heaters work. I choose to have a service contract with another company. When the other company«blew me off» and I had no hot water. The owner of Community II called me right back, had a Tech at my home in two hours(I called at Friday at 11:30 am for service and it was the beginning of AC season. The owner admitted he was swamped but was empathic and wanted to help. Rheem’s Tech stated that the unit was installed correctly(despite what the service agreement company’s statement.). Community ii tech was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He fixed my Instant Hot water heater promptly.(A simple fix)
