Came in today and reserved a room with Jennifer. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped us with picking the right storage space for our needs. She was very patient and we didn’t feel pressured into anything. I recommend anyone looking for a storage space to come here and see Jennifer.

A job well done to Ms. Jennifer Fox & Mr. Anthony Mustacchio. My first encounter with Cubesmart Staten Island was over the phone and Mr. Anthony answered my questions, was informative, professional and friendly. When I visited the location for more information, Mr. Anthony outlined the details for the available storage units and made recommendations that would meet my storage needs. The day I arrived to rent the selected unit and place my belongings on site Ms. Jennifer was professional & efficient. Both Mr. Mustacchio & Ms. Fox delivered a high level of customer service. What made this experience a WOW (Wonderful Office Workers) was what happened a few days later. I had to move a large piece of furniture and would need to use the Cubesmart truck to transport the furniture. As I mentioned, the location where I rented the storage unit is in Staten Island, my furniture was in Brooklyn. This presented a significant challenge as I was informed that the onsite moving truck is no longer allowed out of Staten Island. The reasons why were clearly and politely explained. I however pleaded my case. I asked to speak with the store manager and the general manager. Ms. Jennifer Fox took everything into consideration and delivered stellar customer service. An exception was approved and arrangement were made for my use of the truck. I was able to transport and place my furniture all thanks to the WOW (Wonderful Office Workers) service at Cubesmart Staten Island. A wonderful, positive experience. Renting storage here is a pleasure. WOW (Wonderful Office Workers) make it a WIN-​WIN for all!!! Way to go Ms. Fox & Mr. Mustacchio, keep up the good work!!!

As soon as I stepped into the office of the Cube Smart facility (Staten Island) I was overcome with a smell of fresh cut flowers and two of the most professional ladies I have ever met. I sat with Nicole the Manager and she was extremely informative and helped me choose the best unit for my needs and my budget. My initial experience was so positive that I immediately knew I was going to rent a Unit from your company before I even looked at them.
Please keep up the good work… your customer service is amazing and your facility is very clean.

Thanks to Ms. Fox. I didn’t feel like I was renting a storage. More I was gaining a closet off my extended Living room. Ms. Fox was extremely knowable and made the rental process go very smoothly. She answered all my questions and made me feel as if I was at home. Ms. Fox also emailed me my rental agreement and assisted me in setting up auto pay so that I won’t have a problem if there was a delay in payment. The best part is Cube Smart is located a few blocks from my house. There are so many options at Cube Smart. as i need to charge my wheelchair and I have the option of having electricity in my unit. (fee’s apply) (Un heard of with other storage places)
There is also a truck that can be rented. for a nominal cost.

Called in to make a payment for a friend and the low life working at the front desk stole my credit card information– I live in a different state and they were able to tell the fraud charges originated there. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
