we had a problem with our samsung washer. we called sears for repair. they contracted harp electronics. they could not figure out what was wrong with. they made all sorts of excuses. their service was TERRIBLE. they gave me a hard time and excuses for eight months! after getting upset and fighting with sears and harp, i finally got some results. sears finally send us a repair man from DGI ELECTRONICS.
they ordered the parts. the technician came in to fix the washer within a week. one man did an awesome job! dimitry was awesome! thank you!
if you need anything repaired, this is the place to call! they mean business. they are reliable and hardworking!

DGI was the only company that was able to repair my Fisher Paykal dishwasher. We had problems with this machine from the first week that we purchased it, and until we found DGI we were miserable because every other time we ran the dishes it would beep and brake.
Thanks to DGI we were so impressed with their knowledge and quick response, it made the whole experience acceptable. They were quicker to come to us than the warranty service offered, and no other company was able to figure out why the dishwasher kept braking! Thanks for all your help over the past couple of years!
