Dome Property Management

The are the front for shady builders to impose HOA fees for weak services. Instead of saving money by doing things electronic the continue to send correspondence snail mail. They send a yearly calendar to put on your fridge to remind you daily how they suck.

Dome was no where to be found during Winter storm Jonas January 2016. Not once did they come plow our community at Olde Stone Common on presentation circle. The community had to take measures into their own hands and clear the streets for cars and possibly emergency vehicles to pass.
Our rates keep going up up up and service is getting worse worse worse.

As a home owner in a property was managed by Done from December 1991 to 2004. I have nothing but wonderful things to say. All my phone calls and emails were returned promptly and politely. The home owners association was responsible for hiring snow removers and gardeners. The board choose to save money and not hire ppl to main Developments grounds. Dome was directed by the Home Owners association and when I called they would offer the names of quality ppl that I could hire to make repairs. As an owner of my town home I was responsible for maintains my property and Townhouse,. I accidentally over paid my home owners dues and after providing receipts. I was promptly repaid.

Absolutely worst, rude and are thieves. Constantly fabricating fees including parking fines! They are not police dept. My tenant parked on the street without proper plates or insurance so they decided to ticket me the landlord!
Never replied to email or letters and very rude on phone. Harassed my tenants also.
Snow removal and landscape fees charged but Service was never provided. Where did the money go?

I’m about to sue them for overcharging and hope community gets new management or handles everything ourselves like we always have

Problems with the roof past 10 years and they have been negligent to replace it. Past month have been calling 6 times to report problems until today’s storm on ¹²⁄₁₀ where I’m literally with pots and pans around the house. Babies live in the apartment condo and mold has become an issue. Dislike this company to the fullest power of my brain and soul.

Have had a leak in my roof for 9 months. Have spoken to them about 20 times and it still isn’t fixed, enough said.

If I could I would give these guys –5 (negative five) stars because they don’t deserve one star. They are absolutely useless and the worst property management. I am simply lacking the words to describe them!!!
They don’t answer a single email politely nor return your calls, ever!
BOYCOTT DOME PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASAP!

Run, run, run the other way… If your condo or other property is utilizing this management group the first question is to ask WHY??? They are rude, disrespectful and unscrupulous. Read the reviews, not just here but elsewhere. The companies they seem to contract with supply shoddy work… why do they chose them? Lowest bids or other reasons? There are many other companies or managing agents out there that do not have their president or top executive as their legal representative which really seems to be a conflict of interest, charging the boards twice for their service. EWWWWWW…

The worst property management group ever. They do nothing and don’t respond to inquiries. Rude people. They are useless. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Horrible. In 14 years I have never had a good experience with them.

They are the absolute worst property management team ever. They collect fees from homeowners every month but do nothing to accommodate us. This past winter they barely sent snow plows to clean our roads, and when they finally sent once, the guys truck was broken. All the neighbors had to shovel our own snow! I complained to them about a neighbor posing a fire hazard on the community, they hung up the phone on me several times and refused to contact the homeowner with a complaint letter. Management? What management? They are crooks and thieves!!!

When it comes to snow removal they are the absolute worse. This is the second major snow storm we’ve had since i’ve lived in a community development they manage and they are terrible at servicing their residents.
It is now 12 in the afternoon and not one plow has come through the developement nor has any of the sidewalks been shovelled. I can not even open my front door as the drifts are at least 4 feet high. If there was a medical emergency, and thankfully there is none right now, I would be screwed. I am a hostage in my home/​. They are responsible for snow removal all the way up to the front door as well as the parking lot. There was ample warning of this snow storm and plows should have been coming throught the lot a every few hours. They were quick to raise our maintenance due to the damage the plows they hired for the last storm ruined the parking bumpers and asphalt yet the services is horrible. And to make matters worse they have taken their phones off teh hook eventhough there is an emergency number listed for contacts. This is a disgrace and i only hope that when the next board meeting is held i am around to attend so i can suggest another management company. I know form others i’ve spoken with that there are developments on other parts of the island that have been plowed repeatedly and their lots are cleared. DISGUSTED…
