Domino’s Pizza

If I can give zero stars I would but unfortunately Unilocal does not let you.
This is the 3^rd time I ordered multiple pizzas from this location and this is the third time that all of the orders were wrong.
Toppings missing although it was on the printout and my email. Very inconsistent in sauce, cheese and toppings and what was worse then anything was the Managers attitude.
The Manager was extremely rude and defensive I was taken back by such a rude person. My 3^rd and last order was tonight Friday March 4^th 2016.
I would not recommend anybody ordering from this location, even with the specials it is still not worth the price for a rude attitude and not getting what you order.
If I was the owner of this establishment I would be embarrassed to let anybody know that I owned this dump– and I would for sure fire the Manager or at least the person who said he was the Manager.
There are a lot of great pizzerias in the area, skip this one or you will be sorry.

The disaster continues. I was promised 3 free orders based on my 2÷12÷16 ordering disaster. And when I went to call the location the person answered and hung up. I tried again and I was promptly put on hold for 30 min. Called back attempted to speak with the manager and I was put on hold for another 20 min. Can’t believe dominos accepts this kind of customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would! I waited over an hour for delivery. I called about my order and I was hung up on not once but twice! Worst customer service. I will never order from this Dominos again.

Ok so yesterday kids were off from school I order them dominos as a treat because price is right can’t go wrong pizza was good kids loved it it’s dominos.

I ordered the pizzas at 1230 on line I get to watch the steps on the pizza tracker thing. Out for delivery at 105pm Good they are only down the block should be here in no time. It’s a 6 – 7 minute drive.
So now it’s 120 tracker says out for delivery and 130 and now 145 I have 3 kids waiting for lunch it’s now over an hour I could have gotten from a local pizza place but then again price was right and kids don’t know the difference…
Now I’m calling the store and no one is answering and after about the 4 – 5 time some one picks up and says please hold I then get disconnected.
I call back and they pick up before they can talk I said I can’t hold and they put me on hold anyway.
So I don’t know what’s going on in that dominos but 0 stars for customer service.
Finally 207 pizza comes over and hour and half for dominos on a Monday afternoon.
Delivery guy was apologetic. But tell my kids that don’t understand that.
He said he was the only delivery driver that’s fine and dandy I kind of get its not his fault he is just told where to drive.
But that store couldn’t even pick up a phone or pay attention on their end that a pizza was out for delivery for an hour … Just pathetic never ordering again should have just gotten a local place and supported a local business

Apparently my account was used today to order a pizza at this shop on Staten Island. That is kind of amusing given that I’m in CALIFORNIA and have never been to Staten Island.
So at this point my account was compromised either on their end or on corporate’s end. They used the points to get a free pizza, and no one bothered to check the account.
Top that all off with the fact that no one will answer the phone… I’m so far beyond pissed.
I think I’ll call corporate and see who needs to lose their job.

Never order from this place. I ordered 2 pies and a soda and they forgot my soda and 1 pie. Then the driver wanted to make a deal. Taking money off the products he forgot. Took another hour and a half for the rest of my order to come and the pizza was was not what I ordered. Also the soda was not what I ordered. Do yourself a favor stay away

If I could give 0 stars I would. I literally waited 4 hours for my pizza. I called after 1.5 hour to learn they were short drivers. I tried to be patient. After another hour passed I called a million times to cancel my order and get a refund. I must have called hundreds of times. No answer. Eventually the tracked said John was out with my order. So I patiently waited, I was looking out my window wondering where the hell my food could be. I lost it after I saw the tracker said my order was delivered. Mind you this was an hour after the guy left the store. I ran outside because maybe he left it at my
Doorstep. Nope. Nothing. I called. Was on hold for 10 minutes. I wasn’t hanging up because I couldn’t believe someone picked up. I spoke to someone who tried to help, and figure everything out. The delivery guy came inside. I could literally hear him yelling and giving such an attitude. Turns out he called my phone twice but no answer. I have no calls on my phone. But what makes me laugh is you called me twice and just leave? Why didn’t he try harder to bring me my food? Cause it was prepaid? He could have knocked my door, he could have even just left it on my stoop. But no he just left. He can bitch and complain all he wants about how it’s busy and he’s not making any tips (according to the guy on the phone). Too bad I would have been his one tip of the night. I planned to give the driver $ 10 because I know what it’s like to work for tips and when circumstances are out of your hands. Everyone takes it out on you when it’s not your fault. But this my friend is your loss. You skipped out on the one person who was gonna leave you a nice tip because I felt bad and it’s the holiday season. YOUR loss.

As usual slow! !!! I was told be ready in 10 min, and then go to pick up 1 pie now I am told and additional 20 min «not ready» that’s on tip of the terrible customer service NEVER AGAIN

This place is the absolute worst! I’ve ordered from here twice now. The first time they quoted 30 min and it took an hour and a half! I wanted money taken off and they said no and basically wasn’t their problem. I ordered tonight they screwed my entire order up and it was about 10 minutes late, pizza was cold and had nowhere near enough sauce on it. I’m not expecting the best pizza but this is miserable!

They are usually great with the order and open late, but when I order Coke Zero from the menu, they never have it.

Stopped ordering from them long time ago. Ordered from them 5 times and all 5 were messed up.

Like the other Unilocalers have said, food is fine, pretty good even, but the delivery times are too long. I suspect the pizza tracker on the website says its out for delivery way earlier than they actually send it out. For a mandatory delivery fee they should definitely do better.

You can pick up at this location only. Deliver to your home or business at this location is just incompetent unless your willing to wait 3 hours +++ go for it.

The WORST!!!
If possible to give no stars I would! We live literally up the block and it took over 3hrs to get our order, and when we would call to find the status we kept getting hung up on, or the just wouldn’t pick up at all.
We were told we couldn’t cancel our order yet there first excuse they told us for why it was late was bc they accidentally canceled it. Then when it finally did arrive it was wrong and missing stuff.
With all the good pizza don’t waste your time with this!!!

Delicious! And super fast, honestly didn’t expect the delivery to be this quick! Pizza was made to order, and very good!

Good food but it takes long sometimes I don’t think they know what they are saying or doing it’s never busy unless lots of people want pizza. (LOL). Which is mostly never. But good stuff

Well, it’s dominos so you know what to expect. Pizza was pretty good I just wish they didn’t have it «prepping» for so long it would’ve been much warmer. So overall service wasn’t bad but they could be just a tad faster especially on a slow Thursday night…

Its dominos so you know what your getting. However its been an hour and 32 minutes since i have ordered. I call to be told «shortly». Asked how long is shortly and i get «soon». Ask for an actual time and get «we are really busy». NEVER AGAIN.

Have you seen my pizza? I ordered it hours ago but here I am still waiting, sure the delivery tracker says it is out for delivery but it has said that for over an hour now so I am not really sure where it is now.
Maybe the delivery driver is in trouble? Oh my god is he stuck in a ditch? Did he get into an accident driving so quickly to get to my apartment? Maybe they ran out of gas and had to walk and buy a red gas tank to fill it back up again? Oh god I hope he is alright, maybe I will tip him more because of the harrowing adventure they have been on while trying to get me my pizza.
Of course I would like to tip them anything at this point but I don’t know if they will make it so I will call to check on him, oh what is that yes I will hold

woops they hung up on me, Ill call them back
and the phone rings, and rings and rings
and then the pizza never shows up.
Never order from this Domino’s, they obviously do not exist because I never receive a pizza or am able to get through to them on the phone.
