Dunkin’ Donuts

I’ll make this short and sweet. This Dunkin’ Donuts is great hands-​down one of the best not just because of the quality of their drinks because you can get the same quality at most Dunkin’ Donuts in my opinion but because of the staff the staff is amazing. I’ve been in this location numerous times and have seen angry customers belittle the staff. Not because of quality or attitude but because hey we’re short staffed and had long lines. The staff worked quickly and did everything they could to satisfy the customer. Keep up the great work I will be a regular customer!

Best DD i’ve ever been to. Always my go-​to spot for caffeine & I know a lot of my neighbors feel the same way. This DD made me give up Starbucks!!, which says a lot considering the fact that there is one near me as well. Most of the staff, esp the manager, is really friendly and does their best to make our coffee the way we like it. You can actually taste the flavor, unlike other stores. Orders are done fast, but unlike other DD’s, they don’t seem half-​heartedly made no matter how busy they are. Also, their bakery goods are actually baked fresh daily, unlike other DD’s that just get their food shipped. This location never fails to satisfy I could never go to another DD and feel the same after discovering this one.

Good ice coffee, didn’t screw it up, quick in and out, can’t go wrong with that.
It’s a chain place known for their coffees that happens to serve shitty food, stick to the coffee.

Nice and clean establishment with very friendly staff. The place is always crowed and busy.

Basic coffee, bagel, muffin franchise just like the rest. Place does get super packed though in the mornings. You can sit there and eat or enjoy your coffee and its right dead center in the Heartland Village shopping center so parking can be pretty crazy too.

Needed to use bathroom and had to buy a bottle of water to use a dirty ass bathroom would never go back!

I was craving an iced coffee and a muffin what better place then the local DD. When walking in i have to tell you i was impressed with it be clean but when reviewing inventory of donuts and bagels their were hardly any. Okay so it was a Saturday at 1:00pm maybe they ran out? Anyway so i ordered a iced carmel latte skim milk and a non fat blueberry muffin not to hard right. Now ive ordered this combo for years! Non fat usually has a different color muffin thingy this one had the same it also had sugar on top of it when the non fat doesnt. Trying to make me fat? I get my coffee and muffin i sit down and take a sip and it tastes burnt. Its non drinkable, i go up to him explain that its burnt, he adds more milk i sip again same thing. He then empties my cup washes (eww) re makes it and stupid me i retaste. same thing while this is happening another worker rips open a bag of coffee beans WITH HIS TEETH. Dude get a scissor! Finally i just ask for my money back unbelievable i dont know how this place got an A from the board of health! Ill be getting my muffin and coffee from somewhere else. A big yuck from me!

Lots of seats, nice spacious and clean restaurant. Plenty of parking lot spots.
