Since this establishment changed ownership or management over the summer it’s been getting worst and worst. Other than the lovely women in the morning the other workers are rude, do not smile or greet customers.(I only go in the morning) I watched a worker pour half a cup of decaf into my coffee because they ran out of regular. The muffins as of late(past 2 months) are always stale. Tried a bagel instead and had enough. It was rock hard and over saturated with butter. I use to work at the Dunkin on Hylan and naughton Ave. Take some pride in your work. Prep the muffins at MIDNIGHT. Have the last person going out before the night crew is alone, put the muffins and bagels into the oven. This won’t over work them even though I can’t imagine them over working in there. It’s like they bake all their muffins and bagels a week in advance.

Who doesn’t have bagels when you open in the morning? Also, I have the plastic to go cup that is supposed to cut you some slack on pricing for being eco friendly, but they tend to over charge me there… I avoid them when I can…

Granted I’m not a fan of Dunkin’ Donuts to begin with, there are some things that a Dunkin’ Donuts can do correctly to provide the best experience as humanly possible. The donuts at this location are always stale, they never have coffee. In the winter they run out of classic hot chocolate. And one time my friend found a 3 inch long hair in his(substitute for lack of coffee or classic hot chocolate), white hot chocolate. Pulled it out of his mouth slowly after he took a sip, an image burned into my memory forever.

This place is nasty. Dirty and filthy and run by the lousiest, rudest people I’ve seen. They’re a bunch of money grubbing foreigners. Dunkin Donuts always had OK coffee and the worst donuts. Their donuts always taste rancid, stale. I don’t like Dunkin Donuts, especially this one. I don’t see what their popularity is.

It’s your average typical dunkin donuts. But I’m giving it one star because they allow beggers and low lives to loiter in front of the store. They actually take the chairs from inside the store, keep the door propped open and hang out! One guy in particular, he’s in a wheelchair, he stays right by the door with his money cup. He tried to play off he isn’t begging, but his cup is full of money! and get THIS! One night he was bragging to his homies that he gets ALL benefits. «all of it»…and to top that off, was engaging in a topic about oral sex. No kidding! all the while kids were going in and out. Why they allow this guy to get away with this I have no idea! This place is this guys living room! I called the manager to complain, and was told«what can I do?» WTF?!
