Ordered a bouquet to send to a friend who just had surgery. Flowers showed up not as promised. Bouquet was a quarter of the size from the original picture and flowers weren’t fresh. When called to complain they offered a 30% refund. Our friend called us back to tell us the flowers were picked up. That was not authorized. We are mortified and embarrassed. To add insult to injury they were rude to our friend and the delivery guy said «I’m sorry this isn’t good enough for you». Our friend never complained. We are beyond shocked how someone can conduct business like this.
