So I’ve never been to a travel agent or been on a cruise before. I stopped in just to get some information. I told the agent (Nicole) that what ever information she gave me I would go home a check it out on the cruise ships web site. No problem she said. She took her time, explained all the details, and answered all my questions. Sure enough the prices she quoted were exactly the same! About a week later, I went back to book my cruise. Once again Nicole was awesome! And she even got me a better cabin at a cheaper price! I can’t say enough good things about this business! Nicole printed all my documents and luggage tags and helped me book shows and excursions. Needless to say they now have a customer for life! Nicole and the entire staff are great!!!
