Really hit and miss, but mainly miss. A lot of the women’s shoes are of low quality, too trendy, and/or horrendously tacky. I’m not saying I’ve never found something I liked, but just keep in mind that it’s not high quality stuff that would last you through more than one season, if you were to wear it regularly. I’ve honestly found better quality shoes at the Payless Shoe Source next door to this establishment, Charlotte Russe, Forever 21, Burlington Coat Factory, and TJ Maxx/Marshall’s at nearly the same price point. I can’t comment on the return policy, as I haven’t had a need to return anything, but I suppose the return policy isn’t as good as the Payless next door. Overall, not the best, but if you’re looking for a trendy shoe on the cheap, you can look here.

I was only in here because my boyfriend needed to return the cheap faux-converse he bought here because they were oddly wide and didn’t fit. I don’t understand what he’s got against trying things on before actually taking them home, but hey, to each their own. To the store’s credit, the cashier didn’t give him any crap about the return, and only made one little pushy comment about, «are you sure you wouldn’t like to exchange them for something else?» He got his money back. I looked around while he was doing his thing, and saw some remarkably cheap-looking jewelry and some shoes that I wouldn’t consider buying. A random four-year-old was excited about showing me a Dora the Explorer umbrella that they had for sale, but I didn’t quite match her enthusiasm.

They sell crappy footwear. Payless shoes even Kmart are way better than this place. I bought a couple of pairs of shoes here. Nothing special and I did’nt expect quality for the $ 25 I spent. BUT the shoes fell apart within 3 months of use. They last just long enough so that the return policy is expired and you can’t return them. Another thing I dislike about this store is the owner and sales help, of a certain religious dissuasion are so friggin annoying. Following you around the store telling you about their current sales promotion and whatnot in that annoying eastern European accent that I can’t stand. It’s really a ploy to keep an eye on you. Please, with the shit this place sells who would want it? I’m not a thief. But if I need help I will ask for it. Otherwise I want to be left alone when I shop.

if you think this place is like Payless Shoe Source… turn the hell around! i’ve gone to five different Fabco Shoes locations… every single one has been disappointing; insulting even! people still wear platforms? ick. their sales section is one of the most horrid things ever. how can you even feel confident selling these hideous shoes? mules w/feathers glued on them? pumps w/big, chunky, plastic rhinestones? knock off Crocs? oh man… i’m going to hurl.
