It’s convenient but so slow. I always seem to go when they’re dealing with a difficult customer before me. And you know who they take it out on with minimal service?

Friendly service, everything ran fairly smoothly. If it weren’t for rush hour traffic, everything would have been peachy.

I went to get a book bound at this place. They misaligned the holes and the book was falling apart. The cashier handed us the book and said that it happens all the time and that they won’t take any responsibility for it and that they give a disclaimer that this could always happen. The guy working there was rude and didn’t not even admit that it was a bad job. He wouldn’t even fix it for us and said that we will have the come back for it the next day and he wasn’t even sure if it was going to be fixed. Finally walked out of there and went to staples and the people was like how could anybody do such a poor job. Not only did staples fixed the mess they did but also was half the price and was done in 10 minutes and the people were nice.

Joseph was very helpful. I sent out a package 2 Day Express on Thursday evening and it was received early Saturday afternoon in Fliorida… Birthday baked goods received earlier than expected and all intact… thank you

service couldn’t be slower. 1 slow clerk in front and others hiding in back. Really short on service but convenient.

Were not helpful. Would not help me do a simple 2 page print job because they had many orders. I left and come back 10 minutes later, and they are helping somebody else. I try to use the self-​service kiosk, but a photo printout would have cost $ 5, and the quality would have been in low resolution. Not recommended.
