Fast, friendly, reliable service. Technicians Mike and Bobby were great. My battery was completely dead and I needed it replaced. They came out to my house, replaced it, tested it and all was good again with my car. Highly recommended.

I can’t believe I am finally coming around to giving this place a review but it was always in the back of my mind and this place deserves five stars. My boyfriend and I were on our way to New Jersey and we ran over a piece of wood on the expressway (which many people ran over). The heat shield ripped off the bottom and was dragging on the road so we pulled over called AAA and after 45 mins someone came to tow us. once they got there they said they couldn’t hook us up to the truck and would need a flat bed (we had told them this) so we followed the AAA truck off the expressway and they ditched us at a red light. We called AAA again and they sent over this company and they were great. The guy brought the flat bed and let us ride with him to the shop so they could fix it right there. They hooked up the car and in no time it was fixed. When it came time to pay… they said don’t worry about it and fixed it for free. We thought we were going to have to cancel our trip but they were so quick and so kind we didn’t have to. We were very grateful for all their help.

My Truck was towed to Fix A Dent after I was hit by a truck that blew a Red Light. I was miserable. My truck was brand new and I only had few thousand miles on it. The guys at Fix a Dent convinced me to leave it there to be fixed. The thing that they said that made me come to that decision was that they not only did the body work there but they also did all of the mechanical work there.
I had $ 14,000 in Damage. I never thought it would be the same. I called a few times and even stopped by a couple of times while they were fixing it. They were very helpful and very confident that I would be happy.
I can truly say that they were right. My truck looks like it did the day I bought it and it drives like it just rolled off the assembly line. I cannot stress enough how much of a good job they did. I would absolutely recommend Fix A Dent to anybody.

I have mixed feelings about this place. My car was towed here after an accident. I went there the day after and the staff helped me start a claim with my insurance. They told me not to let my insurance company try to pressure me into taking the car to another shop because there’s some law saying that I have the right to have my car repaired wherever I want.
When I was on the phone with my insurance, the agent asked me if I wanted to have my car taken to a Geico express repair shop so I asked about their locations. This place is about a 30 minute drive from where I live so I did want to have it moved to a shop that was closer. When the staff heard me asking they started waving their hands no, handed me some pamphlet, told me not to let the agent pressure me and told me not to hang up after I was done. I told them that she wasn’t pressuring me into taking my car to another shop but I wanted to know the locations because this shop was too far from my house. They said they would have my car dropped off at my place so I wouldn’t have to come back. One of them got on the phone after I was done and asked the agent if they knew about the law and etc. I felt more pressured by them than I did by the insurance agent. In the end I decided to leave my car there because other than the whole insurance thing they were pretty nice.
Now, for the repair. The car was pretty badly damaged. They dropped off my car at my place as promised. It’s been a few weeks since the repair and so far there haven’t been any issues with the way the car runs. However, there was condensation in one of the headlights and the other one had some kind of stain that wouldn’t come off. I was pretty annoyed that they brought the car to me like that and that I had to go back there. They did replace both headlights but I had to go back there twice because they had to order the headlights.
