Fountain of Youth Rx

Don’t think I could of had a better experience! The girls at the front were really welcoming. I had a few friends refer me to Cortney, my consultation with her went really well. She answered all of my questions, she really knows her stuff and was so sweet! I felt very comfortable talking to her about my laser hair removal. Will be returning for 6+ laser sessions :) I am really confident in trusting someone as proofessional and knowledgeable as Cortney with my skin.

As I said in my earlier review I’m not a Unilocaler, so you can imagine my shock and dismay when I log into Unilocal and see harassing messages from the doctor and apparent patients at this facility. Whatever my personal experience, as a Unilocaler and customer it’s my obligation to share my experience. This «Doctor» has me confused as I don’t know who «Jenna» is. And as a cosmetic surgeon I find it highly unprofessional to call anyone names especially fat! And whomever the bully crew is, are you speaking of your employees? If so I wouldn’t be so proud! I left a review because I had a terrible experience, and to be honest, now I think I was too kind! Who in their right minds would leave someone a message and have patients leave me messages! Something should be done about this so called facility. And that heathen who gave me a so called facial, I suspect she is behind this. This establishment needs to be closed! I’ve linked screenshots of the harassment! Shame on you Dr. Suares and your «bully crew» and patients you clearly put up to harassing me! And I feel sorry for whoever Jenna is! Who knows if that poor girl is getting blamed for something! These people should be reported to the BBB! I also looked up this person named Dylan D. who messaged me. Funny thing is is she calls herself a «true reviewer». I read her reviews and she left bad reviews for European wax center and angel laser both in Staten Island. Then I look up fountain of youth rx on Instagram and find @fountainofyouthrx_cortney with pictures and captions saying the same exact thing this «Dylan» aka cortney wrote about these two operations. Scathing reviews speaking on waxing and hydra facials. 2 procedures that fountain of youth rx provides. Both this «true reviewer» and cortney even have the same uneducated misspellings! It’s actually comical this woman and this facility went to so much trouble to make fake accounts and harass me and others instead of just offering great service! Taking the time to call a disgruntled customer speaks volumes rather than harassing them and calling them and others names! Dragging competition through the dirt won’t make your establishment any better! Anyone can look this up themselves. I can also add the screenshots. Dr. Suares I think you should get your staff under control. This cortney woman is clearly a sociopath. I will also be contacting angel laser and European wax center and forwarding them these screenshots as well as letting them know who is really behind this harassment. This facility should be ashamed with themselves with hiring people like this. Disgusting behavior!

Great doctor and staff. Everyone here is professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth. I feel like my old self again since coming here. Their service offering is vast, but whatever they’ve done for me, I’ve been more than happy with.
