If you don’t mind a condescending individual– this Dr. is the one for you. His South Shore staff also suffers from major attitude problems. Before the great man comes into your room to listen to your concerns he always has a student of some sort interrogate you first. That individual debriefs the great doctor and sticks around when you want a one on one with the doctor.
No great shakes this guy. Unless you plan on travelling to Timbuktu and need special vaccinations or contract a mysterious infectious disease and do not want to seek a Manhattan specialist — This guy is for you

Dr Scafuri took over Dr Oh’s patients, so I decided to meet him before looking for another physician. Firstly, the wait time is minimal. I hate waiting 30 – 60 mins to see a doctor when I made an appointment weeks in advance! I came in 15 mins early for a 10:15 appointment and I was in by 10:30. Seen by the doctor by 10:45 and out by 11! It was great. Secondly, Dr Scafuri is so nice and friendly. I decided to stay his patient! They are also open on Saturdays which is perfect for my schedule.
The only negative is that this office doesn’t have parking, but I was able to find street parking a block away so not a big deal.
