Had been going to him as my primary for years since I was 5 now 42 … He became very unprofessional when I started to get clearances for a surgery. Since I decided to go with a different surgeon than who he recommended. He called my choice a P_​_​_​k … And every time I need something from him he would never sign it over or take many months to do it. After all these years never thought he would do this … But guess he getting a kick back from the surgeon.
