I have been coming here 16years. My Friend recommended them telling me how wonderful their pedicures were. I thought she was exaggerating so came for myself. I have never been dissatisfied for the past 3 years the Woman who does my pedicures is Dominga she is fabulous! They are always very clean and pleasant. I recommend making an appointment because they get busy at times. I highly recommend Graceful Nails !

Do not go here if you’re on a schedule! You will be waiting for hours!!! Don’t even bother scheduling– you will end up waiting hours anyways! Why go here? because of the massage after your pedicure. but that itself is a hit or miss. You have to catch the girls in the mood for you to get a good massage. The owner has no respect for your time! She even charges so much! There are so many other places out there, do not bother with this salon!

I thought the price for a regular pedicure was too high for what it was. I wasn’t thrilled with the atmosphere or the attitude of the owner. you pay 20 $ for a regular pedicure that doesn’t include a shoulder massage

I would have given them a negative review if that was a possibility. I made an appt. for 6pm, since I was told its their last appt and salon closes at 7:30pm. I came there and waited for about 5 minutes, which was fine with me, and got started on my manicure. I asked my manicurist, why is there no water, she told me they dont use water. Which should have been a sign. She continued to push my cuticles back and pretended to cut them out. She then decided to file down the top layer of my nail, making them weaker for no reason. I was then told that I should start on my pedicure and someone else will apply my nailpolish. I ofcourse asked for someone to cut my cuticles properly, I was told they will after my pedicure. If I didnt want someone else to do my manicure I would have to come back another day for my pedi. Obnoxious!!! Instead of thinking of the customer, the owner preferred to have my manicurist go wash the floors. The pedicure went well. I sat down into my seat to finish my manicure, at which point I again asked them to fix my nails. Being that it was hot and humid out, my hands felt disgusting and sticky. She didnt even try to clean my nails and proceeded to apply the polish. I again asked her to fix my cuticles, to which now I get a different reply telling me, they were already cut. She began to apply the gel polish, «sheilac». Her layers were so thick that it was all over my uncut cuticles and fingers. She claimed that her machine is broken and that the gel wasnt drying. Well she began to remove the polish and try to reapply for the 2nd time. This time, I told her to clean my nails because thats part of a manicure(something that she should know). Well needless to say, it was same crap all over again. she put it all over my skin and I told her to remove it. She gave my money back and at 8pm, I left w/no manicure and weak messed up nails. My sister’s mani wasnt as bad, but her manicurist thought it was normal to begin filing her nails after she was finished w/Sheilac and it dried. 3 out of 4 people that were doing manicures were horrific and didnt deserve to even be licensed. For the owner to treat her customer’s that way is absolutely disgusting. Never EVER will I go back.

My very first pedicure. I got the gel spa pedicure xtra $ 10.($ 27 total). Pro’s: I went with a friend so i had great bonding time. My legs got a nice massage and my legs are soft. Con’s: I think out of the(maybe 8 employees) only 1 or 2 spoke english. Customer service is important. If you can’t talk to your client, or understand what she’s asking you… then WTF! though i liked the outcome, i will try other places first to find a better place. I’d rather be able to comunicate with the person touching my feet.

Whenever I go home, I try to get to Graceful Nails because it is heaven for your nails and easy on the wallet. Pedicures with amazing leg massages, oil, lotion, sugar scrubs, vibrating massage chairs coupled with a pedicurist who is smiling and laughs with you rather than at you. Manicures with real hand massages, a choice of square or circular nails, good products, etc. Both of these for $ 25. And it lasts.
