my bill was $ 1550. one technician was at my business for 3 hours, my estimate for the wholesale costs of the parts would be between $ 100 & $ 200, 6 lbs of refrigerant and some plastic shotoff valves. if you feel that $ 425 per hour for one qualified teck is good value than gregg mechanical is for you. I’ve dealt with this Company before, but don’t plan to again.

I woke up to a dead steam boiler on Christmas morning. I spent the next couple of days getting proposals to replace my boiler while trying to heat my house with space heaters. Gregg came by personally to prepare a quote and while he was here he showed me how to fire the boiler manually and got us heat temporarily until we could replace the unit. Gregg’s proposal was not the lowest but well under the highest. Their work was exemplary and they talked me out of expensive unnecessary work that I had asked about. Not only was the quality of work exceptional but their admin work was great too. They provided me with a package at the end of the job with all of my warranty and rebate info already completed. Later that evening I received a follow up call from Gregg to make sure we were happy and warm. Suffice to say I can’t recommend this firm enough.
