Hair Express

Not a bad place for a cheap cut! My hair is naturally curly, so I’m not picky on haircuts & blowouts because I keep it curly. I have been to this salon several times, prior to this visit, and never had a problem with any of the stylists. The staff is always pleasant when answering the phone & upon arrival. It is never super crowded when I go, so I can’t complain about waiting too long. My stylist, Francesca, asked how I wanted my hair cut and did as I told. The blowout came out nice & the staff seemed to get along not only with each other, but other clients. They can get a little chatty and easily distracted, but not where it will ruin your experience. A haircut & blowout for $ 20, sounds good to me!

Went here to get my hair dyed & a trim .OMG ! Stay away from Francesca ! Actually stay away from any of the Hair Express that Marian (?) owner has to do with! Francesca did an OK job with the dye, but she walked away from cutting my hair at least 7 times — She was busy changing the music, helping another beautician, etc. She cut my hair several inches shorter on the right side. I didn’t notice until the next day. When I had a chance to call the shop, I got Brianna on the phone, who was VERY cordial & helpful– She gave my name & number to the owner — SHE NEVER CALLED BACK. So, for $ 60, I got an OK dye job, & a bad haircut that the owner is OK with…
