Heavenly Tans

I moved and decided to try Heavenly Tans since it is close to my new place. My whole experience there was horrible.
There prices are unreasonable and they charge extra for every little thing, including goggles. Nevertheless, I decided to sign up because of the convenient location. The manager assured me that I was only signing up for 3 months and that I would have to sign something to continue my membership thereafter. During that time, the place was often closed although I went during business hours. When I asked the girl behind the desk, she said they sometimes close early when it’s slow. Nights are convenient for me because of my work schedule.
So once my 3 months were done I had no plan on continuing, but my card was charged a 4^th month. I called and they said I had to cancel my membership, which I did right there on the phone. But then my card was charged again the following month. I finally had to go down there and get in writing that they will never charge my card again. The owner also refused to credit any money back. Luckily my credit card company credited my account.
The only pro is that the place was clean and there never was a wait. Actually I only saw another tanner there once.
If I ever go tanning again, I’m going back to the Tanning Loft.

Not only am I in a tanning salon but it is the worst one…
Yes, I know I tan occassionally, and it is bad for me, but I don’t smoke and smoking hurts others and tanning only hurts me so it balances, blah blah. kids don’t try this… and all of that
So me and pale self enters with my tan friend to a clueless NONTAN very young girl… no smile, but not because she is mean, in fact she may have been going through puberty right at that very moment for all I know…
Note to people looking to sue someone — I am burnt, I never signed anything, they never asked me about my skin, or when was the last time I saw light… tsk. tsk… against the law
Note to owners — never, ever put a 14 yr old in charge of your business. are you kidding, guess what adults will work for 8 dollars an hour too you know… do you understand that places get sued? I am walking like a penguin and applying aloe to skin sucking body every 20 minutes…
Not much of a selection of machines… The packages aren’t greatly priced either, oh and if you buy a package you cannot pay in cash… Ok, anywhere that says cash is NOT acceptable is NOT okay in my book… The old planet fitness scam? Keep charging my card until I actually come to cancel it so you have suckered me at least for another month? Original boys… This place makes me misssss Beach Bum on Hylan…
