Based on my personal experience in this office, I can’t believe this person has a medical license. In my opinion, he should not be practicing dentistry. I am afraid to say more because I fear retaliation. I would advise anyone reading this to find a reputable professional.

Dr Hoffman runs the a clip joint, the entire staff will try to sell you more services than you need because they all share in the profits. They will say they don’t like the color of your teeth, or fillings, totally unnecessary work.

I have horrible teeth. Let’s just say I am British and leave it at that. When I moved to Staten Island a couple years ago I knew I needed to find a dentist. I heard about Drs Hoffman and Karl through word of mouth and have been very happy with my many experiences with them over the past 2 years.
I have had 2 crowns and at least 6 fillings, in addition to regular cleanings. It has always been easy to schedule my appointments, including more emergent needs. Both Drs. Karl and Hoffman are quick, professional, and kind. The staff are also very warm and friendly.

Moved here about a year ago and was very weary about getting a new dentist since i had been to my last one for more than 5 years!

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! The front desk staff is unprofessional and unknowledgeable. They tried to over charge my wife the co-​payment for my kids and gave her attitude when she ask for a refund. The office nickel and dime you on everything. Doctor is always recommending work that you really don’t need. Heed my warning and stay away!
