Having alot of stress related problems, Since its mind related I’d figure I try hypnotherapy for relaxation tips and stress relief tips. I read up about greg and figure i would try him out. Greg is brilliant at his craft and gives you tips on how to do self hypnosis techniques as well. Ive become much more stressfree than Ive ever been and cant wait to set up more appointments with Greg !

After developing intermittent back pain I read Healing Back Pain: The Mind-Body Connection by John E. Sarno, and became a believer in the mind-body-pain association. I wasn’t able to manage my back pain myself so I also did some research on hypnosis and pain management. I was glad to see there is a sizable body of scholarly evidence supporting the use of hypnosis to manage and alleviate pain. I decided to try hypnosis with Greg to see if I could solve the problem without medical intervention. I worked with Greg for 5 sessions and I’ve had a noticeable reduction in the frequency and duration of my back pain. I’m very pleased and would definitely recommend Greg. He is a talented and caring practitioner. Thanks to Greg I’ve been able to manage my back pain and I’ve learned self-hypnosis techniques that are really helpful for taking the edge off any kind of stress!
