KFC ain’t like it use to be, this food is so fake that I always end up with a stomach ach no matter what I order from the menu.

Why did I give this dump one star?
Cause there’s no option to give ZERO stars!
Fifty year-​old franchise STILL can’t get it right?
This was my first KFC visit in about twenty years; ordered a meal, and something was terribly wrong with EVERYTHING! And something tells me it’ll be another twenty years before I come back.
The chicken was horribly dried out, the biscuit was rock hard, and the french fries were hard, stale, and NOT made today, no way in hell!
I got there just before noon, and I’m convinced this food was left over from last night; the only thing scarier is if it was freshly made, and this was their «A Game!»
And not to «pile on,» but fountain Diet Pepsi was syrupy, and almost devoid of carbonation. Good grief! Can this place do ANYTHING right? Didn’t visit the restroom, but I’m sure it was filthy.
Ate in parking lot, took half-​eaten meal back inside. Manager offered to give me a new meal (nice of her), but that’s like asking for a second dose of arsenic, isn’t it? Can you imagine how disgusting a fast food meal must have been for a starving boy like myself to throw half of it away?
Clientele is basically a bunch of lowlife, dirty, overfed slobs who’ll eat anything as long as it’s loaded with calories & carbohydrates. I didn’t think there were enough of these no-​class dirtbags on Staten Island, but there must be– how else could this dump stay in business?
I watched these filthy slobs eating at the tables in amazement, shamelessly chomping away as though this is their last meal; though considering the quality of the food, it just might be.
If they served this food in Riker’s Island, the prisoners would riot!
Look alive, Child Protective Services: Any mother who lets her kids eat here, should automatically be put on your monitor list, with the idea that her kids will be taken away and made wards of the State!
GOOD FOR GROUPS? Yes; groups of COCKROACHES!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I am not gonna go back with such slow service at a fast food restaurant. There is a reason it is called fast food, and it is because service is supposed to be fast. Not at this place. I also saw flies fly in and out of this dump and on to one of the grills, now back to the service. It was so slow that I left and didn’t even order, so I went to the mall for some KFC, well, I was planning on going to the mall at that time. The KFC on forest avenue and the one in the mall are way better than this «Fast» food restaurant. Not to mention this place is very dirty. NEVER GOING BACK!

The manager who has worked there forever (I think) needs some anger management classes.
Other than that the food is mediocre. No matter if you go In or go through the drive through you are guaranteed to go home without something you ordered.
They need to bring back the twister, the replacement is the snackers and they are hard chicken and a stale bun, not so good!

The service was utterly ridiculously slow, I ordered a number 5 for someone and had to wait like 30 minutes to get it and there was only one other customer before me.
I thought somebody was in the back killing the chicken or something…
The place was dirty and empty. I think I saw 2 tumble weeds blow by while waiting for the food.
I don’t fuck with KFC like that, so I’m glad this isn’t my local one when my friends want it. I just happened to be in the area at the time.

This restaurant is owned by a man that doesn’t care about his costermers or the food they eat or keeping up with cleaning tables and the bath room. on my last visit there with my son the gentleman who owns the establishment was having a conversation with his wife in native language stating that americans don’t know what they’re eating to feed them anything

This place sucks so bad! Skinny, tiny chicken pieces that are overpriced! WHO spends money to eat this garbage? And it would be nice if the drive thru person could SPEAK ENGLISH !!!
