Kiddie Palooza

I had my daughters 6^th birthday party here with about 23 kids who attended and was very disappointed with the service. The staff was not enthusiastic about the party at all. They all looked tired, frustrated, never smiled and the manager was making sarcastic comments throughout the party. I had to stay on top of the staff and was not able to enjoy the party much. I wanted helium balloons and they had an issue with the tank so I had to bring my own. I asked for a folding table to layout the favors and they told me no problem but when I got there, they had no table. One bathroom toilet didn’t flush and the other bathroom door didn’t lock. They never refilled the soda and coffee from the previous party so I had to ask them to do this. My guests were complaining of the soda because it was some cheap brand and tasted pretty bad. To top it off, my catering order for the adults was incorrect and the response I got was «well the party will be over by the time they come with the correct order because the caterer is on the other side of the island.» Maybe it’s time to a get a new caterer? 1 star for the play area and 1 star because my daughter had fun but I will never recommend this place or have another party there.

great time had by all!!! the place was clean and well organized cant beat the price the kids were all smiles. our party girls were helpful and kept an eye on the kids its really nice that the food area is away from play area parents felt comfortable to let kids run around as every thing very monitored, will be booking my other daughters party there as well. don’t remember ladies name who showed me around down stairs in there disco setting party area, but very interested in booking that for my daughters sweet sixteen. looks like a fun place and prices she told me were very reasonable thanks for making this easy for this very busy mom

The reviews posted are very accurate. The place is clean and nice with a great jungle gym and some video games that were older and adults liked more than kids. The problem with this place is the staff is lethargic at best. I don’t think I saw a smile from the staff the entire time there. The organized games were done as quickly as possible with little enthusiasm. The unorganized play had no staff involvement or help for the kids. This included use of the Nintendo system which was there. Looked fun but don’t think kids knew it was there or how to use. I was a guest and there wasn’t much for my 2 year to do unless another kid wanted to escort her in the jungle gym. (No adults allowed). I cannot comment on the price or pictures as I was a guest. Also should be noted pipe had burst no bathroom first half of party. They never warned the host and my understanding is the manager wasn’t very nice or forth coming about it. Would I book a party here? Probably not the jungle gym is awesome but that is all this place has to offer but if you do kids will probably have a good time.

My little sister 3^rd birthday was done here during the weekend. The place itself has a lot of potential, fun for the kids with a great jungle gym and pretty cool games. Problem was 3 out of the 6 games were down. The price they advertised and told us to expect was not given to us instead it was much higher then what we expected for work the girls there didn’t do. We had to specifically go up to them multiple times and say didn’t you say you would play games with the kids or dance with them. When they did actually play with the kids they were not enthusastic at all. The dvd with the pictures wasn’t that good, since most of the time the girls were in the office not doing their job. Very disappointment with this place. Over priced, not worth the money at all. My suggestion, get workers who work and actually enjoy playing with the kids.

I’d steer clear of this place, it’s really over-​priced and over-​rated. They advertise a certain price for a kid’s party but there are lots of hidden extras like mandatory gratuities for the staff ($ 20 each!) and $ 3 per each adult, even the hosts throwing the party! You start out expecting to spend around $ 400 which is substantial for a two hour kid’s party on a weekend but by the time you’re finished, it’s considerably more. The staff was sluggish and apathetic, very obviously going thru the motions. The girl taping my son’s party for the complimentary dvd hardly got him in the pictures at all. We were so disappointed when we got home and watched it. I mean, is it expecting too much from them to capture the bday kid on their big day, especially after the parents are spending a small fortune? They make you buy pizza pies for the adults and then they shoved the boxes into a corner and didn’t even tell anyone they were there. None of the parents were aware of the pizza being there til it was too cold too eat, so we wound up with two untouched pizza pies. The place seems clean for the kids and it is one party at a time but believe me, you’re going to pay for it. I would never do it again.

I attended a birthday party at Kiddie Palooza a few years ago and my son had a ball. When it came time for him to have his first «kid» birthday party, we decided this would be the place. I remembered it had been clean and well organized compared to the other places we had been to since.
I booked this party by phone and everything was sent through mail. It couldn’t have been easier. I had a weekday birthday party to get the lower rate and it was just as fun as a weekend party. We didn’t have to take pictures, the party attendants did that for us and it was included with my package which was excellent. The kids got to play the whole time if they wanted to and were able to choose to do the organized dancing and limbo game.
The party attendants were great. The place was clean, which is SO important. The kids hands were sanitized before pizza and before cake.
Kiddie Palooza is well worth the money. I will definitely use them again!
